Great ice cream! Great people!
Went here because we were craving ice cream, and Dumbo did not disappoint. My wife works close to a Baskin Robbins, but why would we go there when we could go somewhere local???
They have the largest selection of flavors in the area. You want vanilla? They got regular and vegan (very interesting take!). You want chocolate? They got a really tasty one that tastes like chocolate mousse. They also have several special flavors like apple pie crisp, churro, bourbon pecan, moose tracks, and many others!
They’re open all year round, which is great since a lot of places close for the season.
We lucked out when the case was manned by the owner. He’s so passionate about ice cream and was soooooo excited to show off their flavors!

This is a wonderful ice cream store that opened in our town a while ago. They have about 16-18 flavors and 20 different toppings. There are cones, cups and waffles options available in three sizes. Prices are cheaper than some of the other ice cream parlors. Other than ice cream, they also serve some coffee based drinks.
There’s a standing table with some stalls and a small table inside the store. Rest of the seating space and tables are in front of the store, by W Madison ave. During our few visits, we tried the cotton candy and cookies & cream flavors. They were really creamy, no icy patches. Was excellent quality overall. The staff members were friendly each time, they quickly served the orders and did the checkout.

On a cold winter day, we enjoyed ice cream and expresso. Lots of fun flavors and the classic flavors to choose from. The expresso chip/blackraspberry were very good and the recommended combo of AppleCrisp/Pumpkin which were very yummy together. It was our first time but will definitely not be the last time we stop by!!

Wow, this place is so amazing!!! I actually called at 10 to 9 because I saw that they were closing at 9 & The owner Sal said take your time, I’ll stay open for you!!! I love their ice cream, especially the peanut butter chocolate, moose tracks & now before I left Sal gave me a sample of apple crisp, phenomenal!!! Highly recommend this place AND they are open seven days a week year round!!!

Dumbo Ice Cream was always a great place to get ice cream and refreshments. But it is so much better under new Ownership. The ice cream parlor is spotless and ice cream flavors are amazing.
The new Owners and their staff are always professional and really make it a great time to enjoy some ice cream, espresso, waffle cones and their own soda flavors.
You can sit inside or outdoors which is a plus. I highly recommend this establishment! Can’t wait to see what they come up with during the winter months as they just purchased waffle and crepe machines.

Conveniently located on Madison Avenue approximately one mile from the historic Camp Merritt Memorial Monument is a local ice cream shop.
Owner Sal introduced me a couple of the most popular homemade ice cream flavors and one of his newly crafted signature desserts.
Bourbon Pecan:
Although the ice cream is made with artificial whiskey, it tastes identical to the real deal.
Also mixed in this ice cream are swirls of caramel with pecan bits hidden beneath.
Cotton Candy:
Initially, I was hesitant to explore this flavor because I would never envision combining a carnival treat with a frozen dessert.
As soon as I took my first taste, I instantly realized why this is a hit My only regret is that I didn’t purchase an entire pint to go!
And speaking of size, when you choose your desired flavor, pick one of the four proportions. Aside from cups, sugar cones, waffle cups or waffle cones are also an option.

If you are planning to explore beyond the ice cream itself, then you may want consider trying one of Sal’s desserts that he created.
In lieu of three traditional scoops, this specialty sundae has one scoop of brownie s’mores ice cream and two brownie squares; also included is whipped cream, caramel syrup, and a sliced banana.
Combining brownie with banana surpassed my taste bud expectations by a long shot
