My overall experience has been positive, though I believe there is room for improvement in terms of waiting time. I visit this place occasionally, and I appreciate the cleanliness and quiet atmosphere, which makes it a good environment for studying and spending time with family.

I came into the Wendy’s and there are some moldy carpet that is literally coming up off its edges. The side door was closed unable to get in at all so you have to enter through the front door. The whole placed smelled like a geriatric home. you can tell that this place needs a lot of work by the fact that the sign is totally flipped over. The parking lot is a minefield. You literally have potholes so deep that you have to travel around them unless you wanna fall one foot.

When through the the drive thru and the speed at which I got my order was amazingly quick. The whole process took less then 5 minutes even with any car in front of me.

Does this look like an Apple PECAN salad to anyone else????
It’s BACON. Bought it yesterday for today’s and just thought that they switched their pecans or something. And of course, tossed the receipt.

How does this happen???

Last time I checked, it came with chicken (which of course, is missing.

Customer service isn’t the greatest (see frosty photo.). The guy handed it to us like that and gave us napkins to wipe it off. Who does that?? It’s not THAT hard to at the very least put it in a bigger cup or something.

Will not return. Overall as a chain, Wendy’s has good food. But this location leaves way too much to be desired for me to want to come back. Some other franchise owner can have my money.

Too bad since this one is almost within walking distance. Have never had a good experience at this one.

I placed a pickup order through DoorDash this morning. When I went through the drive thru, I was told to pick up my order inside. There were 2 staff members, 1 man & 1 woman. They both ignored me at first. Finally the woman asked me what I wanted. I mentioned DoorDash; she pointed behind me and stormed off.
The food tasted fine, but about half an hour after eating, my partner and I both started having severe abdominal cramps, nausea & explosive diarrhea. I’ve made a complaint to corporate.

Same food as always. Not their fault. Workers did fine, Carpet is a total wreck. Bathrooms smell like a cat hoarders house. Speaking as a hvac guy who has been in those houses. The plumbing is barely holding together and falling off the walls.The place needs a big remodel.

Twice now we have been to the drive thru and asked for the chili. Twice we have been told they do not have chili. They told us they no longer serve chili but it is clearly on their menu and online it says nothing about removing chili from their menu. I do not know if they were just being lazy because they didn’t have any chili ready and they didn’t want to make it or they just truly do not have the chili but your menu both in person and online should truthfully reflect the items you currently serve and if you are taking an item off of your menu that has been there since your opening you need to announce it’s discontinued.

So almost Everytime we order here either their rewards scanner doesn’t work properly or they mess up our order which is super frustrating, I use to manage a Wendy’s and this place for how many times they screw up our order we’ve decided to go to the one by northtown I’ve had to call cooperate three times on this place rather then deal with the rude lady in the window and the people with the language barriers I’d suggest going to a different one they have about a 20% accuracy rate on the 10 times we’ve gone there we love Wendy’s but this place just can’t get their stuff together
