I brought my son for lunch yesterday, the service was fast and friendly. I love the old fashioned diner vibe, complimentary peanuts you can scoop for your table at the entrance. The wait time was minimal, as I attempted to use the modern digital soda machine. My son had big cheeseburger, I had Lil cheeseburger, the difference being Big has two patties Lil has one. We split Lil fries which were not so Lil, more than plenty for two possibly more! I like how you can choose toppings upon ordering and customize your burger. My son had a Vanilla Shake that he enjoyed as well. A little pricey but worth the extra cash for the step up from fast food meal!

I was on a vacation to Syracuse when me and sisters discovered this place near the Marshalls Outdoor Mall. We told our dad we were hungry so he brought us there. We got Oreo Milkshakes and they tasted BEYOND amazing. They were so delicious we came back 3 more times for them before leaving back for home. Love the place and although the waiting time can be pretty long sometimes, it’s an amazing place.

Always clean and well-managed! Food is nice. My pick is a cheeseburger and fries. I personally prefer regular fries to Cayjun style. I appreciate they run little burgers. For me, a little hamburger with little fries is the best combo.

The people here are awesome. Let me tell you why:
Our first dasher stole our food, sad for us. We put in the same order and the people working must have noticed. They added a TON of extra fries, and an extra patty on each of our burgers. They didn’t have to, nor were they asked to. Thank you!

I’m a student at SU This place is Awful I called in to order my food ahead of time on 9/19 and was hung up on. When I got to the restaurant the guy at the cash register was very rude and I ended up waiting 25 minutes for my food I will not be returning to this place!
