We frequent this location on the weekends when we go shopping. I don’t understand how, but it’s consistently a 50/50 chance whether or not they have certain refreshers available and bacon variations of sandwiches. The past 2 weeks bacon has been out of stock and it seems like at least a couple weekends a month for the past handful of months this has been the case. Not sure whether it’s ownership, management, or distribution but this is a reoccurring issue. Also, at least for the morning shifts, they seem to be fairly understaffed, sometimes with only one employee. I wish I could give a better review as staff seems friendly most of the time, but this location is a constant let down overall.

There was 3 people there behind counter and only one person doing everything. The other 2 in back talking and this poor girl has a line out door. Girl working counter was amazing, polite and so helpful.

Never staffed never stocked, always one person behind the counter. There are a couple of women that work here and I think one being the boss. They are horrible at their job.

my husband went in today to get us breakfast, in the middle of him ordering the girl cut him off and gave him a total. my husband said “oh, i had more to order” she proceeded to say “well get back in line. we’re too busy for this”. completely rude and unnecessary attitude from this new girl. we go all the time and have great experiences from everyone else. really disappointing.

Went there for 2 coffees, when we got our drinks, the cup wasn’t even full. The girl who took our order and made it messed up. It was supposed to be a Carmel iced coffee and on the label it says 3 cream. It’s not even good and of course we didn’t notice until we were already driving home. Also, services was super slow, they were not busy at all and had 3 employees behind the counter only the one who made our drinks was doing anything and not even the correct way.

They have egg bites on the menu on uber eats every time i order those i end up getting a message that they are not available to choose something else. Why have them on the menu. Unbelievable. I think I should start getting my breakfast somewhere else.

I was 15 minutes waiting for my order to be complete. I make the line and there 6 more people after me and all of them have there order before me. There to a skinny small girls at the front one really Nice . She knowledge me and take my order and there’s another lady that I think is the manager really serious didn’t say good morning with Amoudi style. They do a couple orders before mine when I receive my frozen Coffee I asked The Moody lady for my missing bagel order and she said that she needed to make sure all the drinks are done before she can either give me my bagels . What kind of service are they making my drink before either my food be done and at the time they do my bagels I’ve been 15 minutes standing there waiting for my food to be done. When my get bagels was made Look like crab all the cream cheese and bagel wrap with paper And my coffee melting down because I was waiting for my order to be complete . And when she star doing the food she give away the Oder order before my that I was the very first customer in line . I done think that some bagel take so mucho to toast. What a lack of management poor customer service neither thank you have a good day. I’m really disappointed with the store. . I was so disappointed that I told my bag in the garbage I forgot to take a picture of it. I think everybody have a bad day but no because you have a bad day you have to be miserable and treat other people, miserable, and more when you service someone else.
