No matter what time of day I get a much needed cup of yumminess- the team here sets the customer service bar high in comparison to their competitors. The flavor of their coffee is more than appealing! Did I mention they are the only coffee place that is open at 4 am? Love it!

Overall I enjoy Cutters Point, they have good food and decent coffee, and their staff is always nice. The only issue I consistently have is that one of my items is always missed when being rung up, so I end up making two payments to get my full order. It seems like there is either an issue with communication or in their ordering system, but either way it’s frustrating that it happens pretty much every time.

The two women who were working there this morning were highly skilled. They took the time to answer my questions and get my drink right even though it was very busy and I have dietary restrictions. They were extremely efficient in getting through orders quickly in spite of the busyness. On top of All that, this might just be the best latte I’ve ever had! What a great experience! Kudos to these hard workers

This has been my favorite Cutters coffee place for a long time. I think it’s been overall the best on this side of the bridge. Consistent 5+ stars experience.
I normally get coffee on weekdays, and the ladies are very nice, and efficient.
This last Saturday around 1-2pm it took over 35 minutes to get through the line and get our drinks, and then they were mediocre. Sadly disappointing for my favorite spot. Maybe there’s a training opportunity with the weekend crew??

I get my coffee here most mornings. They are so friendly and I am in and out of the drive thru within 5 minutes. Even if there is a long line, there isn’t much of a wait. Efficient! And the coffee is delicious and perfect every time!!!

So disappointing now! This used to be my go to coffee place but its gone down hill lately. Today I ordered tea with a shot of syrup. I got a drink with no tea and so much syrup you’d think I asked for a grape soda with how dark and thick it was. For how expensive cutterpoint’s is you’d think they’d be able to make a simple tea without trying to rot my teeth. They can’t seem to redeem themselves 🙁
