Ordered online 30-35 minutes before I drove to their location. I spoke to the employee at the drive through and informed him I placed my order online and I ordered pick up via drive through. He told me ok. I waited for 10 minutes before I got to the window. Then they tell me it will be about another 5-10 minutes and then to pull around to the front and come in and wait. The whole reason I ordered early and the way I did was cause I was in a hurry and even ordered early so they had plenty of time. JJ’s is no longer freaky fast. When I got home to open my sandwich it wasn’t what I ordered. It was wrong meat, no veggies, it was toasted when I didn’t want it toasted and no condiments that I requested as well. I think I’m done as this is happening more and more at all their locations.

I ordered twice from this location. The first time I was charged for two sandwiches when I only got one. I called and they quickly refunded me. That wasn’t an issue and I quickly forgave them. My second time ordering from them, they left off the lettuce. I didn’t ask for the lettuce to be removed. I don’t normally leave reviews unless it’s to bring awareness. I hope this location slows down a little bit and double checks their work. I’m reserved about ordering a 3rd time which is a bummer with it being close to where I work.

Had to repeat my order in the drive through 3 times before they had it correct. There were 2 cars in front of me and we sat the for 7 min. I got out and went inside to ask for my order to be canceled. When I backed out of the drive though, the 2 cars were still waiting

There are other JJs in town, they are a better choice. Ordered a turkey slim and paid for extra turkey. Got home and the sandwich felt pretty light, so I took off the turkey and weighed it on my food scale. 2.4 ounces of turkey. 2.4 ounces. JJs corporate website says 3 ounces is what should be on the regular, so I would assume that paying $1.99 for extra turkey would bring that to 6 ounces. Nope, 2.4 ounces. Last time I will visit this location.

I spend money here every often have received horrible service on my orders. This sub way well over $18 and didn’t get half of the ingredients that go with it (pickles, mayo, lettuce, oregano, vinegar, etc). This isn’t the first time either. Not what I expect when I tip highly every time too.

Waited super long for sandwiches. One of our sandwiches were made wrong 2x. We asked politely for a refund of one of the sandwiches, then the worker who was working at 1:00pm on 8/24 ripped the sandwich from my hand and threw it as hard as he could in the trash. Then my husband got up and told him he had said what he wanted on his sandwich 3x, because the worker started to talk crap to his employee. The guy then flipped my husband off. He Then proceeded to throw a container into the sink, with a store full of customers. So ridiculous and disappointing. We will take our business elsewhere.

This store seems to have abandoned the “freaky fast” slogan a long time ago. There is rarely an apology for the delays, and does not seem to be any sense of urgency in the store. Furthermore, the language in the store by workers while I waited in the drive-thru was unacceptable and inappropriate. Management needs to get a better handle on this store.

You could be the only person in line at the drive thru ordering one single sandwich, and they would still take 15 minutes to make it. Recently this location has gone way down in quality, from taking forever to make literally one sandwich, to also putting a single sliver of meat on the sandwich, and half the time you order pop it has zero syrup and tastes bad. For how much they charge for food it should not be this poor quality. If I spend $15 on a sandwich it better be a really good sandwich, not worse than what I can make at home.
