This restaurant used to be really good, but the service has declined. We waited a very long time for our delivery, we didn’t get everything we ordered, the food we did get wasn’t hot, and we waited a very long time for them to send us the rest of the order. And then they tried to charge us a second delivery fee. Terrible experience.

I wish I could give this zero stars. Yes, it’s the night before Thanksgiving, but that’s no excuse. We ordered the chef’s special pizza at 6:20 pm for a 6:50 pm pickup. My dad arrived on time but had forgotten his phone at home. By 7:20 pm he still wasn’t back, so I drove up there — relieved to find his car in the lot and not on the side of the road.
Chanticlear was so delinquent that they were still making the pizza. Come to find out as he called me on his way home – they told him it had been sent out for delivery multiple times. He ended up waiting in the store for over an hour, only to be given a measly comp for all that wasted time.

The only thing this place can deliver is incompetence. Once decent, this location has fallen apart. Terrible all around. Chanticler has good pizza, just order from a different one.

The first time we visited this place, the pizza was excellent — very tasty, and I even told my husband that we would definitely come back, even though we live 20 miles away from the pizzeria. At that time, we were served by a nice young man.
The second time, we were greeted by a young girl who asked where we were from, since our English is not very good. We answered, got our order, and drove home.
However, when we started eating the pizza, the taste was disgusting — it reminded me of an old wet rag. Thankfully, the kids didn’t get a chance to try it. After this visit, I had the feeling that if the customer is not liked, they can put anything in the pizza.
I will never come to this pizzeria again and do not recommend it to others.

Usually my go to pizza joint in the area. I think they could use more attention when making sure food is cooked thoroughly before sending it out for delivery. My children and I dug into to eating our pizza, only to discover we were eating practically raw ground beef. I would like to continue to enjoy ordering from here and hope they step up their quality assurance, because this is unacceptable.

Ordered pizza and chanti sticks for delivery, both arrived looking like the delivery driver took every turn way to fast, toppings stuck to the top of the box called the store and had them re deliver the pizza and chanti sticks. The same delivery driver delivered the second time., apparently upset because she had to come back and decided to do a burn out in our yard.
The food the second time arrived perfect but there was no need to damage property. Will NOT be ordering from this location again

Have ordered from this location at least half a dozen times since my wife and I moved to Oak Grove. Every time our order has arrived quickly, and correct. The food is delicious! Yes it’s a little more expensive than some of the national chains but it sure is tasty! That’s why we keep coming back and will continue to do so. Highly recommended!
