The worst and when I say the worst I mean the worst Taco Bell I have ever been to. Dirty, smells bad, food took forever the first time. The 2nd time, only because I give places a 2nd chance because you can’t always go off first visits. I went there and they’re closed for no reason given.

Tired of places thinking that customer service and being clean don’t matter. It’s food we’re talking about, not an Amazon warehouse.
This is why Chick-fil-A is killing everyone in profits. I’m not even a big Chick-fil-A fan but my goodness you leave me no choice. That or go to a regular restaurant.
Either save your money or go somewhere where they’re happy you’re spending your money. Rude people = less money.

The food was meh…. its taco bell. But the service was CRAZY. My daughter and I went through the drive thru and ordered two party packs of soft tacos and the girl in the drive thru wasn’t very pleasant but told us to pull around to the front to wait for our order, which was ok and understandable. It didn’t take them long to make the food and they got the order right but when she brought the two boxes out she shoved one through the open window to my 13 year old daughter and before my daughter could set the box down she shoved the other box in and hit her in the face with it and turned around and walked away laughing. She was very rude, but she was also lucky my daughter asked me to let it go.

This is your warning. I ordered a zero sugar drink because I’m diabetic. They were out of what I asked for so the young girl in the drive-thru thought it was okay to serve a full sugar soda because she mixed it with soda water. She made me extremely sick. Be warned.

Tacos were soggy and they are overpriced. Tasted a lil strange,maybe because I only eat taco casa,but my grandson likes the nacho tacos, but 25 dollars for 8 plain tacos is ridiculous. 23 for 12 is insane. Anywho have and awesome day.

Most pathetic excuse for any type of food service I’ve experienced. No customer support, or any type of response. To be honest I hope the owner of this particular chain venue is kicked out, because whoever it is has no sense of responsibility or control over their establishment. It’s pathetic and I would tell anyone, including myself, no matter how desperate you are for something late night or easy to get to eat to not go here. With the service I’ve received I would expect my meal to be free, but instead it is cancelled. I hope whoever owns this place sees this and takes time to even slightly improve it. Awful service, awful experience, and awful food. If you want Taco Bell as a late night satisfaction go absolutely anywhere else.

The employees here intentionally LIE and tell you items are out of stock when they know good and well they have them. I went to the drive thru tonight and ordered Mt Dew Midnight. The girl taking my order said “we don’t have that”. So I asked for Baja Blast and she said they didn’t have that either. As I was thinking of a 3rd drink to request, another voice came over the loud speaker and said they do have all drinks in stock and I can get whichever one I want. So the first girl taking my order just didn’t care and was lying to me I guess because she wanted to. This store always does this. They told me 78 year old mother they were out of all sauces and if she wanted any she would have to take the Extra Hot. You can’t tell me they didn’t have 1 pack of mild somewhere in that store. The employees are sorry, they lie, get your order wrong, forget your food, and have horrible attitudes. Except for the honest employee who finally told me they had the drinks in stocks that I was trying to order. Management, please get this restaurant back in order because some of us like Taco Bell but we don’t like the discrimination and disrespect.

Immediately upon entering I was told when I was ready to place my order to use the kiosk. There was a sign posted where the normal register is that says for faster service use the kiosk. I do not know how to use the kiosk and it took me at least twice as long to place my order because I didn’t know where to go to click things and how to change things and had to keep asking the lady how to change it. Mind you she was sitting on a chair playing on her phone and drinking a coffee while wearing her headset. And there she sat until somebody called her or needed her. I noticed when we were leaving that she had a coffee and her backpack located where She was sitting so I took a picture and she saw me and the proceeded to tell me it was her off day even though she had a headset on her head and told me to have a blessed day. She then proceeded to follow me and my son out of the door, took a picture of me, my car, the back of my car and me as I was pulling away with my two children inside. This was really uncalled for as I did not even get a picture of her face but she made sure to get a picture of me and my kids. The last time I was in there it was very pleasant and the lady was very helpful and took our order but not this experience.
This was over the top and beyond ridiculous that she followed me out of the restaurant.

I am very unhappy with the Taco Bell on McFarland Ave in Northport. I paid for a bean burrito that was not included in my order, and when I called, they refused to refund it over the phone. We live a considerable distance from this location, so driving back was not reasonable. Unfortunately, this is not the first time this location has dropped the ball. Quality, consistency and customer service need serious improvement.

It’s not a terrible place, the food is actually decent, staff is ok. There is no point “customizing” the order (no sour cream, no rice, etc.), because they don’t make it the way you request it. Just left there and had to go through the drive thru three times just to get our order right. In the end, I THINK we got it all, and some extra because they didn’t listen… again.
Edited to add pic, and change star rating. Just when you think it couldn’t get any worse. I don’t know who they had in there today but this is by far the worst experience I’ve had at this Taco Bell.
