I’ve gone to many locations and this location was disappointing. The claimed they couldn’t fulfill the same order I’ve been getting for 6 yrs. Asking for a side of guacamole and they serve the small sauce dish and charged $2.50. Usually $2.50 is for the larger dish.
Meat portions were subpar, overall experience was sad.

I had been here a few times in the past and everything always tastes so fresh. I love how they make the tortillas right there in front of you. A fresh warm tortilla tastes absolutely delicious. I have only gotten the chicken, but they have always given me a good amount of chicken and it has a nice seasoning to it that makes it really good! I like adding the queso to my tacos. I think from now on I’m going to order it on the side because it makes the tacos so messy to eat. The restaurant is always very clean and tidy. The staff is always very kind and polite.

Great burrito spot! The food is always fresh and flavorful, and I love how customizable everything is. The tortillas are warm, the ingredients taste high quality, and the portions are filling without being overwhelming. Service is quick and friendly, even when it’s busy, and the place is clean and easy to get in and out of. Definitely a go-to whenever I’m craving a solid burrito.

Food was great. But today there was a manager training a new girl. I speak spanish so i was able to understand what she was saying to the new girl. Her way of talking to her was not professional at all. It made me feel very awkward and sad for the trainee. It made the experience bad from the beginning…. Pancheros please choose your managers wisely. Managers that are willing to treat others like humans. Food was good but i couldnt enjoy it because of what i witnessed. Also Wearing AirPods while taking people orders? Not very good customer service.

Overall, I would say there are better options here than Chipotle, but not as good as Qdoba. My biggest issue is there’s cross contamination issues. I cannot eat gluten and I got sick even though I selected gluten free items. I don’t have this issue with the Qdobas I go to.

Love the clean bright new location. Burrito, tacos, bowls, and dilla options are straightforward. Plenty of parking in front and back, there’s also a drive thru for pickup orders. Superior to the other Mexican fast casual in the area – recommended.

Ordered online. Was on time to pick up my order, but waited 45 minutes for our order to be ready. The same car sat at the pick up window 30 of those minutes. When I finally flagged down an employee , for the 2nd time he swiped food off a counter into a bag, and it was cold. No apology, no “Thank you for waiting” just cold food, and an excuse. There were times no one was in line to place an order in store, and with 5 people bagging take out orders, I couldn’t figure out where that food was going! Very disappointed in the wait, but more in the customer service. We were very excited to have a Pancheros in Maple Grove, but it would’ve been faster to have sit-down Mexican food down the street at El Rodeo.

I love the food here. The tortillas are the bomb! All ingredients are way fresh! I tried to use the app for a promotion I saw in store and the workers said it doesn’t work. When I asked why not they said it was fake. This is not a good look.
