I dont do a whole lot of reviews but this particular experience prompted me too. I ordered an iced Caramelicious coffee and was really disappointed. The flavor just wasn’t there at all, especially for the price. A large (20 oz) was $6.15, which i felt was way too high for what you get. High price tag, not much coffee, and doesn’t taste great. For the same money, I could’ve gotten two coffees at Dunkin’ that taste better for half the cost of this one coffee. Even Starbucks, which I’m not a big fan of.. offers a larger coffee for about the same price. Between the taste and the cost, it just doesn’t feel worth it to me. I definitely wont be going back. Just my personal opinion.

Ok let me explain. I love a lot of things about the Auburndale Scooters but there are a couple of tiny issues. The staff is top notch friendly, fast, and really knows their stuff. In the last several weeks things have gotten really good, even great! Must have been some management improvements. My complaint is that I’m not sure I always get what I order. For a while the espresso machines were down (and idk how you run a modern coffee shop without espresso!) and the drinks were weak at best. Some days, and it depends on who I see working, they still are. Side note, don’t let the coconut milk go bad. Y’all need to do better here. Your prices are good, but not good enough for weak coffee. My biggest hurrah for the ladies running the windows. Always, and I mean ALWAYS, they are the greatest part of my stop. My absolute favorite is Belva! She gets it right all the time. Don’t lose this fantastic lady! (Maybe work on a few of the younger ones that don’t smile much though. After all, every cup comes with a smile)

Awful in every aspect!!! I ordered a black coffee and I got it cold, I told them and they offered to “reheat” it for me. You don’t reheat coffee!!!! They gave me old cold coffee and didn’t offer to give a new “freshly brewed ” coffee. That’s unacceptable, sorry. My husband also got a cinnamon roll and it got something black underneath, it looked like the burnt matter from the oven, like they never cleaned it. Terrible!

Have been very excited to try this place. It’s a drive through only coffee shop with some food items as well. We ordered the everything bagel sandwich, the bacon burrito, and the cibatta sandwich, all of which were shocking small. Considering these items were in the $4-$5 range, that was highly disappointing. Nontheless, they tasted fine, but you’d be happier with breakfast food at McDonald’s to be frank.
We ordered 2 medium blenders, one carmelicious and one mocha. Both taste good. Not as good as a Starbucks frap, but still pretty good. In the drive thru, they gave me a small even though I ordered a medium. I told them, and the workers quickly tended to the error. When they made me a medium, they told me I could keep the small, which I thought was great customer service. I also should mention that this was opening day, so I am not complaining about the mishap whatsoever. Overall, I think this place is a great stop for some coffee drinks, but I do not recommend getting your breakfast here.

I ordered a drink WITHOUT whipped cream. I was given a drink WITH whipped cream. I asked if the drink could be remade as I cannot have whipped cream. They simply scooped the whipped cream off and handed me the same drink back. I asked one more time if the drink could be remade (since there was clearly still whipped cream in the drink). Once again, they handed me the same drink, which still had some whipped cream on it. I didn’t want to hold up the line so I just took the drink. If you have allergies or dietary preferences/restrictions, this is NOT the place to go.

I’m a HUGE coffee lover and have consistently gotten a choice everyday for decades. Moving from my home state, I never thought I’d find a better coffee than my local shop until I found scooters. Their blended coffee is amazing and the staff is wonderful as well! I would highly recommend!!

Depending on who is closing they will not make you a blended drink when they still have 1hr until they close but if you order on the app it’s no issue other than that I love their coffee just wish they had better customer service

I love this location usually visit every morning and enjoyed collecting my badges on the app but lately I been disappointed since they turned the mobile ordering off which defeats the purpose of being able to order in advance and redeem points. So I hope they turn it back on because it’s been off for a few months now
