I haven’t been there any little while and I was not happy at all today. The lamb chops they have now are not the ones they used to have. They look more like many T bone steaks then the French cut lamb chops they used to sell. I asked for mine to be cooked medium and they cook them all well done. They were tough and hard to eat. I can only eat 1 and a 1/2 before I got frustrated. And I drove all the way from Lincoln Park to get them. I call them a bout the order and they had me on hold extremely long so I called from my other phone and finally reach someone to explain why I was frustrated. So now I have to drive back tomorrow to get them either remade or my money back. Don’t think I will be going back any time soon. I’ll cook my own from here on.

Horrible ! Food to customer Service. Went on a Sunday ordered over $50.00 in food. The two young ladies were arguing with each other. The cook forgot one of my orders so I had to wait even longer. They turned down lots of customers because they ran out of Change !! Going back and forth with each other was crazy. Got my food (steak bites) went home and it was as bad as the customer service. The steak bites were so chewy and bad! The chicken look like they just slapped a little bit of sauce on it. Save your money and Time! No stars.

Inconsistent!!! I went once and everything was fine other than them over charging me when it was as simple as them ringing my order differently! Second time they gave me a HALF SCOOP of Mac n Cheese on the smaller side of the container, verses filling the larger side like my first visit! Definitely wasn’t worth the money special or not. So each time I’ve had a bad experience!

The Surf & Turf was great. I had mine with the mashed red potatoes that just sparked it up. My son had his with the loaded mac & cheese. My daughter had fries with hers and the fries are delicious. I wasn’t fond of the buffalo wings, the meat was kind of slimy. I do suggest that they use Colby and sharp cheddar cheese on their mac & cheese to make it stand out. So far, this place is a good place to order out. Yummy.

So I’ll start this review off with some friendly advice for the owner , it’s terrible business to have “specials” advertised online, that you do not honor ! I wasted gas , time and energy driving to this establishment, who’s misleading people to come support their business. On top of the online lies the cashier is passing out outdated menus with the promotion of 2.99$ lamb chops , then advised “oh that’s our old menu we waiting on new ones “ . Not an excuse for false advertisement, especially to Loyal customer . Not to mention the poorly trained cashier ! No apologies , no mention of what can be done since you guys came all this way and still want to support our business. I’m truly disappointed and will never patronize this establishment again .

Ordered twice… because I wanted have faith the first time I received steak bites that were mostly grissle and fat mostly potatoes and broccoli no meat. But the sauce was good so I thought I would give another try maybe I just went at a bad time. I ORDERED BASICALLY RIGHT AFTER THEY OPENED…my food was horrible the steak bites were definitely old and warmed up from the day before they were dry, mostly grissle and tossed in the zip sauce I literally had dried up pieces of steak not one piece was not dried up… and it was like half a portion. The sides on the other hand were abundant lol but my red skin mashed potatoes had not been seasoned they were basically at the stage and when you take out the water and mash… that’s it. Brocoli was fine but who just want the brocoli when you order steak bites and mash potatoes to go along.I threw it away … and it’s expensive to serve low quality

I’m giving this place four stars because the food was good and I appreciate not having to drive far for some good food. Customer service needs a little bit of work. There was a man there who helped me when I came to pick up my food and he was pleasant but I was not so pleased with the lady I spoke to over the phone. I don’t want to be afraid to pick up my food. You should be welcoming and enthusiastic at all times when assisting a customer or taking an order because you are the face of the company.

Spent almost 30 dollars . The only accepted cash app . The food was terrible I ordered the house Alfredo with chicken and shrimp the Alfredo sauce was from a jar it was watery and leaves an after taste . I’m so disappointed. I heard they use to be good .
