I am actually getting disappointed with this location, they keep screwing up my orders already 4 different times. They keep miss delivering my orders, and now this last time they sent it out with a door dash person and doesn’t know where my order is. I ahte that they are sending their deliveries out with a 3rd party, which i didn’t ask or pay for. So now I have no lunch thanks to them….I will not be making orders at this location again. I ordered an unwich and they did not have lettuce large enough to make the lettuce wrap but made it anyway without telling customer. I opened it up and it might as well have been a salad. I couldn’t pick it up with my hands. Had to get a fork to eat it. The staff could care less that they turned out a sub par product and told me I could unwrap it slowly and eat it that way. It fell apart when opened. I asked for a larger piece of lettuce and the staff said they didn’t have any. First time I’ve had a bad experience at a Jimmy Johns. Would not go back here to this location.

Above and beyond. Great customer service. I ordered online on 11/14/23 at 4:12 pm for my daughter to pick up between her high school events. 2 hours later, I got a call from this JJ location to let me know that it hadn’t been picked it up yet. That is above and beyond to me. Thank you to the female employee for reaching out to me. This is one of my favorite locations in town.
