Went to grab a quick pizza while out shopping. Asked if the pizza was an extra most bestest. Cashier said yes, it had only like 6 pepperoni on it. Asked for another one. They went and got the manager, who brings out and uncooked pizza, and says here this is what it looks like. Dude really just wanted to know a simple yes or no question. So they take the pizza with only 6 pepperoni and just throw pepperoni on it and put through oven again. When it’s done, just throw it across the counter at me, no problem. Don’t have to be rude when just asked a question and said you want one with more than 6 pepperoni. Seriously?! Never ever again.

I got 3 pizzas at the livingston location and when I got home 1 had a hair in it. I know accidents happen, I simply called asked for manager and just asked if I can get it replaced. She was so rude!! Said I guess, bring the other 1 back. I came in and she opened the box picked up the hair and looked it it for several minutes like I was lieing, threw it on the floor and told a guy to throw it away. Threw my pizza on the counter. No apologies nothing! I asked for a garlic and she was gonna charge me ??? I said I just had hair in my food and had to drive all the way here and your gonna charge me. She said im not supposed to. It was crazy! I go in there several times a month, never been treated that way!!! The gm should know about how she’s treating people

I ordered a heart attack pepperoni pizza. The cashier rang me up for a regular pepperoni pizza and when I pointed out that they gave me a regular pepperoni pizza the cashier just stood there and said “I don’t know how to do that” and “I’m putting away sauce cups”. Did not try to correct the order at all. Just stood there saying sorry.

My husband and I love this place. We recently tried pizza hut because they had delivery and that turned out to be a nightmare for us. We love this place and won’t go anywhere else. Id much rather wait 15-20 mins for a loaded hot pizza at a great price then go to pizza hut for delivery on a overpriced pizza that was cold and floppy and took over an hour to receive. Keep up the good work. You may have to wait a little bit for a hot and ready but it’s worth the wait cause it will be fresh.

Ordered a pizza on the app and the app notified me my pizza was ready. When walking in the store I told the woman at the counter my order is ready and gave her my name she said nope we don’t have an order under that name. Even tho my order was sitting in the warmer. I then purchased two sodas off the app because I didn’t have my wallet and they don’t take Apple Pay in store. The woman was very snotty and wouldn’t even look at my phone to see I purchased the sodas. This is probably one of the worst experiences I’ve had customer service wise.

I’ve been here COUNTLESS times and I’m pretty sure MAYBE once did they actually have a hot & ready well, ready. Usually it’s a 15 minute wait. Defeats the purpose of being able to run in on lunch and get a pizza that’s HOT AND READY. it’s also been multiple different times of day and times during the week, so it’s not “lunch rush” excuse either.

Went in this morning to get a pizza after being at the park and was ridiculed by the cashier for wanting to buy my children a pizza at 10:57am… just curious why the store opens at 10 if they don’t want actual customers until “lunch time”. We then had to wait over 20 minutes for the actual pizza to come and got it home to find it missing cheese on over half of it. Normally I wouldn’t bother to complain but stuff like this happens every time I get pizza from this location.

Called in our order, repeated order to person taking my order. They said yes thats what they had. Get there and they told me they thought I ordered crazy bread instead of Italian cheese bread. So we have to wait another 20 minutes at least for 2 orders of cheese bread. Then when I get to the car to have a piece of cheese bread and pass it out to our children, its only cut in to 6 pieces. I mean come on now. Step it up Little Ceasars of Livingston. You can do better.
