Worst experience at a subway ever. Had to wait 10 minutes after ringing the bell 3x for a rude man to come out of the back room with an attitude. We tried being friendly and saying hi to him and he gave us the silent treatment. He then finally talked to us to let us know he was closing in 9 minutes and then proceeded to list half the menu of things “they were out of”. (Out of? or already put away for the night BEFORE CLOSING?)
After this awful service we said we will just go somewhere else. Unbothered and unapologetic he walked back into the back room saying nothing. We were made to feel unwelcome and inconvenient for trying to give them our business. We will not be back.

I was in there approximately at 3:25 PM. The woman working is super rude. She has no business doing customer service at all. The lady that was leaving look like she was absolutely miserable but working with the lady at the counter barking orders. I would’ve been miserable too. The wheat bread is hard, but I don’t even wanna go back in there and have the confrontation. The store is clean. The atmosphere was pretty upbeat, but the service is horrible horrible a total letdown.

I enjoy coming here, and staff is always very polite and friendly. I just wish the would stop toasting the fricking Tuna when I pre-order. There is mayo in the tuna salad and I really don’t enjoy toasted mayonaise. Toast the bread, not the mayo!

Hands down, the best experience I’ve ever had at a Subway! The dude that was working this evening, was the most courteous, thoughtful, attentive, and positive person I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting. The man deserves a raise for sure! I just wish more employees could have his attitude and demeanor. I want to let him know that I appreciated his service, and I hope he achieves everything he sets out to do. The universe better treat that dude right!

Workers tend to work busy shift alone. Nick makes the best sandwiches and I think her name is Isabell but she’s very friendly and fast too. There is one other gentleman I think his name is Morticai or Malasky. He’s greats!.

We stopped by for dinner while picking up our mattress and I have to say we were so impressed by the service from Victor. Polite, genuine smile, friendly, helpful and took pride in his work ethics. He provided Customer service that’s hard to find these days. Thank you Victor for the great experience today.
