Ordered a Philly cheesesteak on a Sunday evening at 7:30. Lucky if it had a 1/3 cup of meat in the entire footlong. It looked compared to the other sandwiches that someone had just wrapped the roll. There was more cheese than meat. Makes me sorry we tipped because sandwich artist was too lazy to get more or call us for a substitute. I added ketchup but photo below.

So went here trying the new wraps got told we were not allowed to add the vegetables we wanted to it, while whole time the girl telling me this was snapping her neck at me with the most disrespectful attitude. she then continued to antagonize me when I already told her to quit her attitude, then acted normal, talking normal then after I paid she started running her mouth again. The subway on broadway in Bangor is the worst subway (customer service wise) I have ever been to in my life. I also asked both employees for HER name and they both refused to give it to me. I will be contacting corporate.

Addi the supervisor on duty tonight was amazing she had a customer before me being rude like “I know the manager, I need more bacon” “get me the manager” and she handled it like a pro while making this women 5 sandwiches with a line behind her, anyway Addi is truly amazing and connected with me with professionalism after what would have made me cry personally so we love miss Addi and the night crew tonight!!!

placed an order thru the app for this order to be picked up at 840. Moments prior they cancelled my order. No phone call nothing. When speaking with Jessica she told my husband no order had been placed. I took screenshot from my account and a screen shot of where the charge went thru my account. A few minutes later and I see somehow Jessica changed it so it claims my order was picked up. When attempting at 850 to go back inside to ask what she did or where my order was it was not possible because she had already locked the door. Upon returning home she pursued in calling and arguing with my husband that we did pick up the order which we never did and that I won’t be getting a refund. Again I have screen shots showing the order was cancelled and the card was voided. She continued to argue even when it was said I would be contacting the owner.Jessica is very unprofessional and the fact she decided to call after she was initally insisting that I supposedly never placed and order to then accuse me of picking up said order and still continued to state we were lying after it was told to her I took screenshot of the app proving what happened is very disrespectful. I would recommend avoiding this location.

They literally try to get a 15 dollar tip on an already highly overpriced 15 dollar sub. Please make it makes sense. Employees are meh. One was nice and i would have tipped but i assume they have to split the tips and the really rude whale made me refuse.
Note. Today had them hold me up by first having one girl making sandwiches and 2 in the back joking and laughing and chatting. 10 minwait. Then they hold me up further by skipping a customer pay ahead of me.
