Usually this place is great Unfortunately on 2/20/23 around 9:30 pm this older blond lady was going off on some people while I was waiting to be served and I found out she was the bartender for the night. After being rude to the people in front of me, she was rude to me demanding if I was gambling or wanting a drink. I said I did not want anything anymore and was leaving. She then chased me down getting in my face. I truly thought she was going to hit me. If I could give a zero star review I wold.

The employee tried her best, but service could not overcome the dingy , dirty smelly room. The table I was seated at was sticky. The food was poor quality. I’m guessing this is more of a beer and video poker place.

We ordered for delivery. They required us to order $25 or more. The food was inedible! The chicken if you can call it that was pure fat, slimy and tasted bad. The peanuts were clearly stale, the fried shrimp was burned. The only edible items were the plain white rice and the veggie delight. So disappointed. What a waist of money.

I ordered online for delivery my card was charged. Waited 2 hours for my food to be delivered before I canceled the order and made something at home. This was the second time I had ordered for delivery online. The first time it took them an hour and a half to deliver it and the food was sub par. Figured I would give them a second chance but apparently delivery is to much of a hassle for them that they couldn’t even show up this time and didn’t even bother to let me know they weren’t going to deliver the food I had already paid for. Now I have to wait on the money that was already charged to get back to my card. Definately not giving them a 3rd chance.

Absolutely the worst food I have ever tried, not sure if they are serving Cat, Dog or extremely Bland chicken, pork and shrimp. I ordered the chicken chow mein Fried shrimp BBQ Pork and Pork fried rice, and could not tell the difference in taste between the dishes. The food was cold, also I watched the older Chinese Lady working their or owner not sure which scrape the Pork fried rice she served me off of another persons plate and it had sweet and sour sauce all over it and she expected me to eat it. when i complained and told her I was not going to eat it she still charged me for it. I will be calling the health department on them and also seeing if their is anything I can do to get my money back that I paid for food that was totally inedible.. I really think that Cat Or Dog would have tasted better.

Please do yourself a favor and eat anywhere but there.

One star is generous since the place up and decided they didn’t want to take orders online any longer but kept the option up on their site. The food wasn’t bad but I’m done and only because it seems to take a titanic effort to get them to complete an order.

We were looking for something different for lunch and despite some of the reviews, decided to give Jade Palace a try. We were the only ones dining at the time, which is usually a bit concerning to me. And we also thought it unusual that there was no music of any kind playing in the dining room.
We looked through the menu and decided on a couple lunch specials (as it was just about noon). We were told by the waitress that those were only for Monday-Friday lunches. (This was not listed on the menu, it simply stated 11:00 am – 2:00 pm Lunch specials)
So we chose something from the regular dinner menu and ordered Hot and sour chicken and General Tso’s chicken.
Both meals arrived piping hot and were very tasty, and definitely distinctly different from one another. I would definitely go again, but would most likely order the food to go and have it at home.

I ordered food from them for the first time and I love Chinese food but this food was so bad the beef and broccoli smells and tastes like it has fish sauce on it the fried vegetable rice that I paid extra to have with it was dried out and had no vegetables in it at all the chow mien noodles were not chow mien they were spaghetti noodles and they too were soggy and not very good I ordered a soda the pop was flat and when they delivered it the food containers were open and smushed and the drink was all over the bag the straw bent in half it looked like the delivery sat on it of something and the food wasn’t all that warm either and I’m only 5 minutes from them! It was so terrible I will never get food from them ever again and not to mention the fortune cookies were stale too.

I have been to this Nasty filthy place 5 times. I thought I would give them a fair chance before I gave them a bad review. But since I got Food poisoning all 5 times I have to say very very bad choice. The food all tastes the same and is very bland, so do yourself a favor if you are thinking of going there to eat. Just save yourself the pain and suffering of the food poisoning and if you really want to throw your money away just save your gas and throw your money in your garbage at home.
