The food is over priced. The skinny lady with blonde hair is SO RUDE WITH A NASTY ATTITUDE that seems like she doesn’t even want to work there. Every time I call they take soo long to answer like if they don’t want to take orders. ONE PLACE I RECOMMEND IS FRUTTI BOOM FORSURE its Located on Jefferson .

TERRIBLE SERVICE. I brought a small ice cream for 4 dollars 5 after taxes. Just to get ONE baby scoop. You can buy a whole tub at Whole Foods for that. People try to support small businesses but it’s terrible when they take advantage of people.

Honestly I don’t know how to explain how horrible this place is.I went yesterday with my family an hour before closing and we were greeted horribly that lady at the front desk looked like she did not want us their and made us looks.Half of the menu wasn’t even available.The atmosphere was not welcoming at all and I do not recommend coming to this location!! I was honestly disappointed with their service.The food is way over priced and tasteless!! A small cup of Cheetos and cheese is 7$ not including tax. I will not be coming to this location again!

Good food ! But the customer service was terrible, last time I came here it was a different lady who was very nice and was quick with our food, the skinny girl with black hair and with the gap beige color was very rude and gave us an attitude. Maybe I should just online order so I don’t have to deal with their nonsense. And maybe need to hire more staff instead of the girl who gives me the bad looks…

Honestly, I love the food here, my go to is the mangoneada. I would literally go every weekend because I couldn’t get enough. HOWEVER, from the 3 locations I went to the service is so bad. In addition, the wait time is sometimes insane. I had my last bad encounter recently, after that I’m not coming no more sadly, I just can’t keep going getting bad treatment just for something good. I would recommend those in charge to speak to their employees about service. Service matters a lot, the food can be good but if the service is not, people will not come back.

I put an order for pick up a remolino and a fresa mango and when I went in there was a roach ON THE ICE CREAM FRIDGE TOP the lady charging acted like a 5 yr old about the situation and then I looked at her and she looked at me and then she asked if I didn’t want my order anymore and I said nah and she just said it’s okay like lady you had a whole roach in front on me and didn’t even say sorry about the experience

Love getting food from here whether it be in person or through a third party delivery service but this is the 2nd time I’ve had a persons hair in one of our foods I think that’s completely unacceptable and unsanitary

I recently went with my boyfriend to piñas locas and the cashier was extremely rude. You could tell she had an attitude the whole time. When we asked for the chips we ordered she rolled her eyes while giving us the bag and then left.
