I placed the chicken near a fork for comparison. The gentleman who took my order was Professional but the rest of the staff are zombies You are not greeted when you walk in And they do not hand you your food.They throw it on the counter

I use to come to this location all of the time with no complaints. Today service was horrible a bunch of little kid’s hired on their phones and ignoring customer’s. Very disrespectful and my food was cold, probably sitting there for a long time. Won’t be back to this location at least for a while.

The day of this review is what I would like upper management to note. The staff that is present this evening shift was the same staff I had ordered with before. Most if not all staff were ladies. Apologies for not getting names but they were great I believe the MOD was the heavy Spanish accent she provided great customer service allowing another team member assist with creating an order for pickup online. These ladies saved me tonight cause my wife was having a rough day and they made her day with the awesome customer service and great tasting fresh food!

I will say most of the staff appeared to be hard workers especially while the restaurant seemed pretty busy. I asked if they were hiring because they were backed up and I was only inquiring about it for my teenage daughter. The manager whoever she is, was not welcoming and gave a little attitude when asked about the position. I get it some days are rougher than others, but for future reference try not to look like the way you feel.

Every single time I’ve come to this KFC, I’ve placed my online order way ahead of time. Show up, and then they tell me to drive around the building and come back in 5 minutes. And sometimes when we do that- they tell us to do it AGAIN. what is the point of a drive – thru, if it takes 40 minutes, and 3 loops around the building. The service and food is not worth the wait around. We recommend going to literally any other KFC in Miami dade county.

Came here a couple of times already, bad customer service, and they forgot my drive thru order. Had to come inside to get it making me waste time.
Also the food isn’t great, recommend you go to other KFC. Also if you’re rasing your prices, a little better customer service is expected.
