Ummm Dunkin really needs to just stick to coffee and donuts because this is jail food!! Under cooked hash browns and they was cold the “wrap” was cold in the middle. So that’s lets me know they aren’t taking the time to warm them up properly, it’s a mess and it disgusting. Never again!

This is the second time I have been to this (Grovetown) Dunkin donuts since they opened. The first experience was poor so it has been a yr or 2 since I returned. I returned again today thinking maybe the first visit was poor since they hadn’t been open to long, well it hadn’t changed. First I ordered a large pumpkin spiced latte hot, I’m lucky if the volume in the cup was a medium and by no means hot. Also ordered hash browns to get 6 small hash browns, as the bag was just about empty. Can’t say I will be going back.

I placed a mobile order with just three items today. I went around to the drive thru to receive it and she only gave me two of those items. So i went back around to get my missing item. They gave me a bag and i actually looked in it this time, it was some random egg bite stuff. So i reversed and i was like this is not what i ordered yet again. They finally gave me what i ordered originally.
But like, is it really that hard to fulfill a small order?
It wasn’t even like they misheard me, it was all on the ticket if they just read it.
Their attitude and customer service is just awful too. Like get a grip.

the employees were super nice, and remade our drinks. but the first coffee was extremely sour and unmixed, and the 2nd one they remade for us was a lot better, but both sets of coffee had a weird undertaste of second hand smoke.
i’m not sure if they’re roasting their beans in house or something, but it taste extremely burnt.
we went in at 8:30am on a sunday, so i wouldn’t expect the coffee to be old yet, considering the store just opened.

have been to this location 3 times over the last year and have gotten a refresher each time. There has been an overwhelming taste of mold each time, today being the worst. Disgusting and shows the cleanliness of the store is obviously not a priority.

Came in this morning july 1st around 10:00am. It wasn’t busy. The door was wide open due to them still working on the building I guess. There were flies flying in (pretty gross) but anyways we ordered 2 sourdough breakfast sandwiches with turkey sausage. 3 orders of hash browns and 2 normal hot coffees.
We got our food and left. While driving off I opened my sandwich to take a bite LOL the sourdough bread was not toasted like the picture shows on their menu. Both of the sourdough sandwiches were not toasted. Just 4 slices of thick white dry sourdough bread. I couldn’t believe It. I had to come home and toast the bread on the grill, they were too big to fit in a toaster.
Not how I planned on enjoying my food after I spent over $30 in a dunkin donuts. highly disappointed
And my egg on my sandwich looks like someone bit into it smh. What is going on ????
The hash browns were a complete soggy mess falling apart as soon as you touch them. And very very greasy. they have to get drained of the grease before bagging them my goodness.
We also ordered an apple fritter which was dry. And a strawberry donut which was good.
My husband asked the male cashier if they had a military discount. He says “ummm I don’t know, oh We don’t have one”
If you’re a new employee and you don’t know something you go and find out PERIOD.
The place wasn’t busy and the employees in the front end did a lot of standing around. At one point the cashier had his back turned leaning on the register and there was a customer waiting to be served SMH
The coffees were good.
I was excited this place opened up so close to me too. I know it just opened but managers need to really ensure these young new employees know what they are doing with people’s food.
The male cashier was nice but needs more customer service skills, he needs to speak up louder, and ask a manager if he doesn’t know something. It’s too easy.

They are awful at everything!
You order something and they give you the opposite.
Ask for milk and i got straight coffee!
Then the staff at the window like to be argumentative with you. Why not just get a whole new staff with better attitude and better ears for listening to orders.

I wouldn’t buy the donuts again. They are dry. Where is the glaze? Very little filling in the filled ones. Not impressed at all after having Krispy Kreme. 3 dozen wasted.

Pretty good place with nice staffs. I like this location as the one at Lewiston Rd. Their donuts are donuts okay at times, but if I have to but their donuts, I would go for the chocolate glazed and double chocolate donuts. Their breakfast items though…..a miss. Except for the bagels and bagel bites, their breakfast items aren’t tasty. Their hash browns for some reason are always burnt, so that ruins the morning experience.
Other than that, I will continue ordering from Dunkin again.

Wow, the sense of entitlement. Imagine not putting the cream cheese on someone’s bagel when they order a bagel with cream cheese. And it’s not like it was busy. There wete literally no other customers at the time because it wad 6:30 in the morning on a Saturday. That’s fine though, let me do it while I’m driving. So much for convenience.
