I placed an order right after a power outage and called 30 minutes afterward just to check. They informed me they had to run to other stores to grab bread and theirs was still an hour out. They offered to double our chips for the long wait, AND I secretly think they doubled the bacon on my sandwich. They also delivered my food in a fancy box and made me SUPER happy. Thank you Jimmy John’s for GREAT service.

If you drive for uber eats do not accept orders from here, about half of every orders I have accepted here they will say already got sent out, or they don’t have it in their system. This means we have to cancel the order which messes up our cancellation rate with uber which doesn’t give you much grace before deactivating you for canceling to many orders.

Waiting a half hour in the drive through is not freaky fast.
A month later I was the only one at the drive through, at the menu board, and no one responded. This was during operating hours. As I drove through the counter inside the drive through window was loaded with loaves of bread. This location obviously deemphasizes the drive through business.

Got JJ’s through doordash. Die hard fan for the #12 beach club with bacon. Best sandwich hands down but they forgot my bacon this time. I called requesting a refund to the bacon because at the end of the day it is not a big deal and these things happen sometimes. Whoever was on the phone quickly said they’d remake it and re-deliver it to me at no additional cost. (this was a giant sandwich) so they basically sent me 2 more sandwiches. I’m incredibly impressed with the fact that they would go to these lengths during what i would assume is dinner rush. Don’t get a sandwich from any place else! If management is reading this your TM’s working 8/5 around 6pm are stellar and you’ve got you better make sure they know it!

Very slow to get orders out. Only 1 girl preparing sandwiches while another just stood there lost and confused-assuming she was new but with that said she took no initiative to do anything. Very unorganized process. At least once we finally got our order it was correct, last time it was not. Seems the workers have no clue when they actually have to work when it gets busy. Blame manager for lackluster training.

Ordered a combo and only got the sandwich and drink, no chips, L delivery in my opinion, was like two bucks that I payed for it and tipped like 3. Coulda at least made sure my order was right. Also ordered extra meat and didn’t get it. For 20 bucks I’d expect better
