Came in having never been and also very hungry… Katherine our server was very polite and patient (I can always be such a handful to deal with). I ordered Abby’s Margarita, The Tex Mex Nachos and a Philly Cheese Steak Wrap. The Margarita was good, the nachos were delicious, the Philly was amazing. I must say tho… The Long Island that I asked Katherine to make for me having been her first time ever making… Was one of the best I’ve ever drank. At the end of the day I must say that Abby’s restaurant is pretty good and I would definitely refer anyone to go in and try their food.

I’m surprised that this place isn’t more crowded. Tuesday is Taco Night, where you can get the soup and salad bar, plus tacos, for $20. There was almost nobody there. The soup was good, the salad ingredients were all fresh and great, and there were three or four different kinds of meat, also great. I’ve been there on other nights, and the food has all been good. There’s a nice variety, and the prices are good. The portions are generous too. The servers are friendly, and it’s very clean and comfortable.

We were returning from Hunter’s mountain and found Abby’s for our dinner. The restaurant was almost empty when we arrived. The attendant was polite and the service was quite quick. There was complimentary house salad with what we ordered for dinner. It was moderately fresh. The main course portion was good and tasted well. Overall the experience was nice.

The eggplant rolatini was the absolute surprise, very well made- everything we had was very fresh and the fries were super crispy… Even the slaw and pickles were great.
The portions for the $ are insane!

Went for the Sunday breakfast buffet. The food was good but when we arrived several pans on the buffet we’re empty. It took several minutes to get them refilled. They did have a desent selection of breakfast items. Ham, bacon potatoes, muffin size omelet cups wrapped in bacon with spinach and fete, scrambled eggs, and more. Went back last night and had the Veal Parmesan, and it was terrific, available with pasta or rice or vegetables.

This place looks like nothing, one table each morning I stopped in for takeout, and I was so pleasantly surprised. What a great breakfast! My omelette was cooked to my liking. The home fries are clearly fresh and homemade. Not greasy at all. Really enjoyed my two breakfasts. Don’t let the location and atmosphere steer you away. You’ll be happy you came by for breakfast.

Stopped by Abby’s today for the first time. I happened to be in the area shooting (photographer) and it was POURING all day. I got hungry and was desperate to stop before it got too late. This was honestly the first place that I found and I’m not super picky. At first it was deserted, which was a little strange, but then it did start to fill up after I was seated. I’m sure the rain kept most people away. I got some mozzarella sticks and then a burger with fries. I must say it was all delicious and I was STUFFED when I left. The coffee was delicious, too.

Staying at a nearby hotel and incredibly delighted with Abby’s!! My coffee and food were both made fresh and served to me hot and delicious. My eggs cooked perfectly and my bacon crispy as requested. The homefries are particularly excellent. Really fantastic service, too, and the atmosphere is friendly and very chill. 10/10 recommended and I’ll probably go again with the rest of my family next time we’re in town.
