4/5 – Hong Kong hits the spot for shopping center/mall Chinese takeout. It’s greasy, it’s salty, it’s saucy, and it hits the spot. The wait was a little long, but overall everything was good. Would definitely come back here for more chicken dishes but would forego the beef. The eggrolls were greasy, but to be expected with the place.

This was my first time ordering food from here (Door Dash) and I got the Pepper Steak w/ pork fried rice + 4 wings w/ fried rice. The beef is really tender and soft and the peppers have a nice crunch to them. The sauce is really good too! These chicken wings are honestly the biggest I’ve seen around Florence, and they are the size of my palm! I can’t wait to try them, but y’all have definitely earned a new customer!

We have had much better Chinese food but not here. First step into the place should have told us to run away. We were the first ones in and the tables were dirty (which means they were never cleaned before closing last night). Observed one cook mixing something without gloves on his hands. Food is tasteless. Don’t waste your time and money.

I ordered the egg foo young from this location on Friday night, got it home and there was egg shells cooked into the egg foo young, big pieces of egg shells! I called back to reported it and the lady told me to pick the egg shells out and continue to eat it. Really!!?? I requested a refund and was told no, no money would be given back.
Had I not noticed the egg shells, this situation could have been a lot worse for them than a simple refund. I could have choked on the eggshells and this could have easily been a lawsuit!
The moral of this post is Hong Kong needs to be more mindful of how they’re cooking and serving the public.
And in my opinion great customer service is always ! The Service was pure Garbage.

I most definitely will be more mindful of where I’m ordering from and eating. This is not the first time their food has been questionable, but it definitely is the last for me.

The boneless spareribs combo was $11.55. Great food and servings for the price! My food was made fresh. I got a meal from zaxbys the other day that was nearly $15 and I was unimpressed. This is your sign to support local/family owned businesses rather than chain restaurants!

The family run business is friendly and serve up delicious comfort foods that are always hot and perfect. I love their spring rolls, ham fried rice, and sweet and sour combo plates. The portions are very generous so you get great value for your money. They are super about getting To Go orders ready in a timely fashion. If you hadn’t tried it, the chicken noodle soup with fried noodles is Fantastic. The broth is rich, there is plenty of chicken in it and the noodles are always perfect. We try to do take out as often as we can. A definite must try. Atmosphere is no frills but great food.

We have been coming here for years. Always have good, consistent food. I’ve seen some reviews that the lady is nasty but in 16 years I have never see. This. She is always nice. We eat here at least once a week. Either Honeychicken combo, general Tsao chicken or Sesame Chicken Combo. Best in town!
