Ice Cream Cake Hero!
I didn’t realize they were closed on New Year’s Eve and day and we were having a birthday party for my son. He requested an ice cream cake in his favorite flavor. I saw online it said that you need 48hrs notice for custom cakes. Unfortunately I wouldn’t have made it. On New Year’s Eve I reached out through Facebook messenger and the owner responded they were away but they will try to get someone in to have it ready for the 2nd. Well, she pulled through! My son was so happy and so were our guests. They said it was delicious and loved that it had the option of 2 flavors.

What a sweet ending to our day at the shore on October 9, 2024 to stop at Rich’s for ice cream. So many flavors (24) to choose from that are made right on location. Nutella is my new favorite flavor. There are also soft ice cream choices and a variety of toppings. Portions are very generous. This was our first visit to Rich’s but won’t be our last.

Went here yesterday for the first time to try the ice cream and it was great! There were a lot of people inside when we got there, but their system of taking a number as well as the multiple employees made the line move quickly. They offered 28 ice cream flavors to choose from. Their prices were extremely cheap for the amount of ice cream they give you! I ordered a small which was 2 scoops and it was huge. I got mint chocolate cookie and peanut butter Oreo. Both of the flavors were delicious!

I ordered my husband’s ice cream cake there for the first time this summer after many years of rotating to different ice cream cake shops over the years. This was hands-down, the best one we’ve ever had! He was giddy with how much candy they put on and inside the cake. We are so impressed with the price, toppings and quality. Guests loved it too. He told me this is the only ice cream cake he wants from now on!

The visit was totally underwhelming. They were totally understaffed for a Saturday. The flurry was way over priced for what we were given. The line flow was organized and made the employees irritable with customers and weren’t very nice during the entire option. I don’t think any of them were smiling. The employees wanted us through and out. All the tables were dirty.
I would find somewhere else and keep driving to the next place.

This place has great ice cream which can be made into shakes and flurries. I had a small (2 scoops) one peanut butter oreo and one called not hungry which was vanilla with cookie dough, bownie, and some other sweet. This was definitely amazing. Lines are long. we were here on Saturday night, but when you enter, you take a number and they move fast.
You will like this place. Compares to Skipper Dipper and Ship Bottom Ice Cream.
A must if you need to take a short drive off LBI or on your way home.

I was confused that there were not that many people, there were a lot of staff members, and I still waited a while to get my order taken. I feel like they just need to be more organized with the order taking system they have in place.

Great ice cream BUT you need to tell your employees to be nice to your customers! We were in last night and my daughter was served and then another girl said to my husband are you being helped and we said no and she said well then how does she (my daughter) already have ice cream if you’re not being helped? Very nasty tone and wouldn’t help us so we stepped back and waited for someone else .

Saturday night summertime and lots of people wanting Rich’s great ice cream. Many flavors to choose from. Just pull a ticket and wait for one of the many kids to call your number. Line moved fast. Highly recommend!

Delicious Ice Cream for a great price, but there’s a lack of parking and seating when it gets super busy. Had to park on the side street. My family and I also had to eat in the car. But that’s no fault of the business though.
