I left this location extremely frustrated. Both the Piada website and the physical sign on their front door clearly state that the student discount is valid from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM and from 8:00 PM to close.
I came in at 9:19 PM. Before ordering, I explicitly asked the kind woman serving the food if the student discount was active right then, and she told me yes. However, when I got to the register, the cashier flat out refused to apply it.
He claimed the discount is not available after 5:00 PM and is only valid all day on Wednesdays. When I pointed out that the sign outside clearly says it is valid after 8:00 PM and that his own coworker had just confirmed it, he was incredibly rude and dismissive. He even stated that he had already denied multiple student discounts to other customers today.
It is unacceptable to have staff blatantly ignore the store’s posted policies and treat customers with such a bad attitude. If the policy has changed, update your signs and website. If it has not, management needs to train their employees so they stop wrongly denying discounts to students.
The food is was good, but I would probably just skip this location.

This piada never misses, everything is made fresh and in my three years of coming to this location Ive never ever had a bad experience. The food is always 100/10 and the employees are nice as well. Most on campus food places never have some ingredients, have rude workers or the food just isn’t good. And they’re always open till
11 so it’s perfect to stop and get a nice meal after working late. Never had any problems with this place and I don’t think I ever will.

Got my order wrong, food was AMAZING though. But for the price I’m spending the right order would be nice. Also store wasn’t that clean, dirty tables and napkins on floor. But again, FOOD WAS AMAZING. Parking difficult as well.

First time eating in today. I have ordered for visitors to the hospital before but never been to the store. Service was quick and helpful especially to my mom since she had never had it. Chef Elia was kind and helpful and answered any questions we had! Our food was ready right away and everything tasted fresh and made well! My mom was very impressed and I was very happy with everything. Will definitely be back and will definitely continue to order here when we have visitors in town at work!

I love this place. The ingredients are always fresh, the staff are always quick and kind, and the taste is always unmatched. There is a variety of healthy options, and menu items are always customizable. My go to is the power bowl, and I get it during the student discount hours so it’s affordable for someone who wants a quick pick me up. Highly recommend!!

The food was very good, but there was a man wearing a mask with a bad attitude, pacing back and forth without knowing what to do, while a woman was serving everyone else alone, but with a good and friendly attitude and a big smile. The man just stood there watching her work. It was a mixed experience, both good and bad, because the man seemed irritated and unwilling to be there instead of working to make the service faster and better.

Had an incredibly great experience here when I visited Cincinnati a few weeks ago!
I liken this restaurant to Chipotle’s Italian cousin because the set up is exactly the same but with an Italian concept and for me it’s a hit.
Any lemonade they do is a HIT!!! I believe I had the blackberry hibiscus lemonade and it didn’t taste like it was made from a concentrate but from scratch.
My husband had the carbonara with no bacon (happy they were able to accommodate and omit the bacon) and he loved it along with the side of calamari. The calamari I must say was a great surprise because it was very fresh and the banana peppers fried along with them worked extremely well. My son was a fan as well.
I ordered a penne pasta with marinara sauce to split with my son and I had no complaints. Simple pasta dish with my choice of fixings.
I wish I had an opportunity to sit down and dine in because the place looked extremely pristine. I should’ve asked for more garlic sauce for the calamari.
Great experience here. Can’t wait to when I come back to Cincinnati for the tech conference MidWestcon next year.

This was my first time trying Piada. I saw them on TikTok and while visiting the city for the holidays I thought I would give it a try. The customer service I experienced was horrible no greeting and it was downhill from there. The lady appeared as though she didn’t want to be there and I felt very rushed through my order. At checkout she tried to tell me my card didn’t clear when it was waiting for her. After it was approved she just gave a glare not even a thank you. I ordered 1 large bowl with steak and chicken and a small bowl with steak and chicken plus a breadstick. Total cost $37. My food was mediocre at best. I don’t see what the hype was about. Will I return? Never.

This Piada never disappoints! I come so often and I’ve never gotten tired of anything I eat! The staff are so incredible, they even know what I want when I walk in, and are always so sweet 🙂 I love this Piada so much, genuinely such a great environment and SO delicious!! You can order pastas, salads, or wraps off the menu or you can build your own… and they have so many good protein options! I’ve never not enjoyed anything I’ve ever ordered! My suggestions: avacado chop salad, carbonara and basil pesto pasta, carbonara wrap! Also you must try the calamari and the piada sticks!
