I randomly ended up at the mall on a week day and food court nostalgia took over. I decided to stop at Rocky’s and I ended up grabbing an Everyday Super Slice with pepperoni and sausage. It’s something about the individual slices when they’re fresh that’s better than getting a whole pie. The service was fast and friendly, I was able to get in and out very quickly.

As I was picking up my personal pickup order, I stood there as I watched a young delivery driver for either DoorDash or UberEats get treated extremely poorly by one of the employees of Rocky Rococo. She was there before me and was quietly standing in line behind a man when I arrived. The worker began berating her after she asked one of the other two workers who were on their phones, if an order was ready for (insert male name). The lady told the young delivery driver to “wait in line like everyone else,” with an annoyed attitude, even though she was doing just that. I felt so bad for her, as she was ignored throughout the rest of their interaction and was very quiet and polite. As a customer, it is a shame they look down upon delivery drivers and treat them this way. Just because they are not directly paying customers, they are still doing a job for your paying customers and they should be respected. I don’t want to support a business that treats people this way, personally. I won’t be returning.

Cashiers unattentive when guests walk up to the counter to order. No greeting, no “hi, how can I help” etc..
Food was excellent though but the service really put me off.

I come here during work at least once a week, and everytime it’s the same older short haired lady, and every time she is either rude, short or doesn’t talk at all. I usually order online, and this last time she tried to take another customer while I was waiting for my order. I interjected and said I was still waiting. She grabbed the food and slid it to me without saying a word, and she looked insanely annoyed. Then I go to eat it, and she grabbed the wrong slice.

Cashier was friendly but girl with braids who gave me my food threw it at me with an attitude when I came back to tell her they had missed my sauce which I paid for. Only came here because I work at the mall, but not buying from them anymore!!

3 people working on 11/6 were extremely rude and not helpful. Came with a coupon to order a large 2 topping at 630pm to be told they ran out of dough. Then after seeing various slices being madeni inquired again to then be told they stopped doing whole pies at 6pm, which is absurd seeing as though they store is open until 8pm. Ultimately was greeted with rudeness and typically don’t say much but this case warrants the bad review. Not ok. Had to but seperate slices to pay more than what I would have paid to get way less than half of a large pizza. Terrible.
