Just went to Subway. A young girl named Natalie was working by herself, and they were pretty busy. She was a great worker and did a great job! Good employees are hard to find and she is definitely an asset to this store!

ust wanted to make this post about the subway in farmville about the GM of the store. I don’t kno if m th only one that experienced the behavior from the GM but it’s totally unacceptable as a customer! her name is Lauren and she’s the GM of mostly the stores in the pitt area from my understanding but today i had my mother go into subway and get me a sub, (i’m otp w my mother getting me a sub btw) i asked if derrick or sarah was working (literally the sweetest people in the subway district) because i wanted them to make my sub, lauren ends up saying they not working today w a attitude but i didn’t know who it was so i pushed it off m sub was made and my ma came home w it when she got home the sub was bright orange (Sriracha sauce ik this bc i tasted it it was overly hot and bright orange i use to work for subway so ik the sauces) so i took it back to subway and i seen lauren she said me what was wrong because i had a bag in my hand, i told her it was a confusion w the sauces and she proceeded to open my sub move stuff around and tell me it won’t sriracha sauce ( even if it won’t, now you played in my food you have to remake it regardless) i told her to taste it since she was already playing with it and she just did not wanna give up that she was wrong, so i told her the sauces were done wrong, and the other worker comes and say “i did them last night i did them right” apparently not bud, by this time lauren is giving me a refund bc she can’t stand being wrong and im trying to to prove my point bc im not coming in here for no reason, so the other worker end up puttin each sauce in a different cup and end up saying “you were right, they are mixed” well no shit, if yall didn’t put sriracha sauce on it
im just sharing this bc i wanted yall to know how rude and disgusting Lauren is

I have stayed away from the subway for over a year because of a previous experience. Today, was in a rush and needed to grab lunch. So I decided to give them a try again. Two men were working, both friendly and professional. I was in and out in a couple of minutes. My sub was made and tasted as it should. They have earned back my business!

I’ve been to a lot of Subways but the people working here are by far the nicest. They were polite but, not chick fil a awkward polite. Also I watched the guy change gloves after handling other things than my food. This made me feel that my food was cleaner than normal Subways! Thanks for not getting awkward over my needlessly large amount of jalapenos.

This subway sucks! Several times they have closed early. Including today they were closed by 8pm. Last time they closed at 7:30pm a guy still in there at 8:30. He said they closed early and he was there to get hours in?? Doing nothing?? Ridiculous another time a girl was there with 5 people in line she was ridiculously slow in making the sandwiches. She couldn’t care less to be there. People want 15$ a hour to not do anything. Peoples Work ethic now days sucks. Fire them!!!

Zero stars. We placed our order ahead of time online, but when we got there the restaurant didn’t have enough food to make our sandwiches. we had to ask for refund. The person had to call for help to manage to get the refund done. I don’t need it Subway often. From now on it may be never. I may never order online ahead of time again from anyone.
