Stopped by Krystal’s for lunch, and it definitely hit the spot! I didn’t get fries this time — I went with the tater tots, which were ranch blasted and absolutely amazing. Perfectly crispy and full of flavor!
I’m originally from the North, and I’ve always been a big fan of White Castle. Krystal’s little burgers reminded me so much of home — the same small, delicious sliders that bring a little nostalgia with every bite. It gave me that comforting, familiar taste of home while enjoying my meal down here in the South.
The restaurant was clean, the staff was friendly, and the food came out hot and fresh. Overall, I had a great experience and will definitely be back next time I’m craving that hometown comfort food!

Had the best experience ever. Started out rocky with my husband’s food missing some cheese but they quickly fixed the issue and omg banging food . One bite of this delicious meal and I was thrown and didn’t stop till my bag was demolished. Perfectly steamed buns , not mushy like others before, one bite of the classic chick was crunchy to perfection. Like tv worthy, then let’s not leave out the best chilli pup of all time. Shout out to the cook and manager for one of the best fast food meals of all time for both me and my husband . billion out of a billion stars. They need a raise. Ps im from Nashville and do not even know their names but 100% yall keep doing what yall do.

The owner here is a fantastic man who went out of his way to help me when i didn’t have enough money to buy what I ordered, he paid the remaining balance out of his own pocket! So nice to know that there are ppl out there who still have a heart!

You all NEED new employees ASAP!! One of your employees Melissa I believe her name is was so incredibly rude and unprofessional! To start off she was hostile and very aggressive in the way she talked to me and my children. The woman smelled so strongly of marijuana that it made my sons asthma act up. When we finally decided to order our food she took 45 mins to get us our food and then when we got our food it was cold and not to mention it was wrong too. When I went to get someone to get the order fixed they blatantly ignored us. This Melissa also has the worst attitude of any person I’ve ever met in a while and unprofessional. This needs improved. My son shouldn’t have to get a breathing treatment due to the smell of marijuana when all he wanted was a Krystal’s burger. Ridiculous truly

I haven’t been to a Krystal in a while and will probably be a long time before I return…$13 for 4 cheese combo…that’s ridiculous…the food was fine…but as I looking at my receipt there is a service fee added that was never mentioned or advertised that I could see..it was only 35 cents but still…don’t add something to a bill unless it is known…

I’ve been going to Crystal for years for breakfast for the senior breakfast and adding some extras this morning. I paid $14 for Crystal breakfast, which is ridiculous but the girl who works there works her butt off. She’s the only one there she gets the food out to you it’s not her fault about the prices, but I have decided not to eat here anymore food is too expensive for a small fast food restaurant . I understand now why so many crystals are closing
