Not that they care but Subway in Louisa Va just lost my business. I went to have a sub remade that they made wrong. The man at the counter, which I assume was the manager, refused to make it because I didn’t have the paper receipt. Mind you this was an online order that I have the receipt for on my phone. It proves that I made the order and that I paid for the order. It shows what form of payment was used. Never mind the fact that when I called and spoke to an employee the night before, they told me that my online receipt was enough because the paper receipt that they taped to the bag, was drenched. So it went in the trash with the bag it was stuck to. (That is not uncommon for this location, as I order there several times a week and every single time my bag is wet, most likely from the oils or vinegar in the sandwiches. And sandwiches are always messy.) He told me I must not have common sense because I didn’t have the paper receipt. Like why do you need a paper receipt when it was an online order? What will that tell you that my phone won’t? He is normally rude but today took the cake. “That’s not how I work here.” So you just flat out refuse to make a situation right? To make matters worse I just went and looked at the reviews and so many people have similar situations. Pretty sad it is run by someone like.

Worst BLT I’ve ever had. They didn’t microwave the bacon, so it was nearly raw. The lettuce was old and the tomatoes were nowhere close to being ripe. Management must be terrible.

This Subway only wants to serve you a complete and total mess every time we have gone there there is 3x’s too much meat, 20x’s too much sauce and for anyone that thinks this is a plus must eat like a pig from a pig trough. Best to just go to Lake Anna or Montpelier.

I walked in the store, no other customers, not a single person, and the children working there didnt even look up, say “hi”, say “hold one one sec and we will be right with you” NOTHING. after giving them enough time to even acknowledge there was a paying customer there, I said “OK, dont acknowledge me, I’ll go somewhere else and get my family dinner tonight”. A family of 11 btw so good sales. DO NOT go to this dirty, rude store, go to the one off 208, way nicer and clean. This happened 8/4 @6:10pm.

My salad was good. The service was so slow. There was also no tea available. It sucks how slow it is because the people are so super kind. It’s hard to be upset with how nice they are but reality is, 3 customers in front of me and I spent 15 minutes in line. I’ve been to other subways where there was 8 or 10 people and gotten through in the same time. The store was very clean, the music was good and the temp wasn’t too cold.

It’s so wonderful going in a place with friendly folk. It’s been sometime since I have visited this location. However Haywood the young African American guy was very helpful with my needs. His customer service and respect goes along way. So kudos to subway for spotting out the good guy. Sorry my tuna sub was demolished lol

Every single TIME I get food delivered from this place it’s SOMETHING always messed up . Then when you complain they have the audacity to give attitudes and refuses refunds . ITS CRAZY the picture below is an example I was so hungry I took 2 bites out of my sub immediately and noticed it didn’t taste right I look and the bread isn’t even what I wanted ( asked for Italian herb and cheese ). SUCKS and I bet if I call this time they’ll refuse me refund AGAIN :/

Service was sub par. Walked in at 820-830. They acted like we committed murder ordering fast food over 30 minutes before closing. Horrible additude. Glaring and customers and making snide comments. This subway used to be first class. Not sure what’s going on now

3 kids. One working and two talking. When we finally asked if they knew we were waiting, one said ” yeah I’m making a sandwich.” He had tone and didn’t even look at us. We walked out.
