Service was absolutely the best I have ever had. The guy was so sweet. He even offered to make me something else because the chicken kabab was too spicy. The sauces ate made in house and omg to die for. Will definitely go back. Even took a take out menu home.

Thought we would give this place another try with new manager/ownership. Service was so-so. Kylie was super sweet, I think she just needs some better training. No manager follow up or thanking us for coming in. Food was meh. We all agreed everything was on the bland side. My lobster ravioli came with 4 raviolis- little disappointing. My wife’s chicken on her picatta looked and tasted like it was microwaved.Also, we noticed a man came in to pickup his carryout pizza, but they told him they couldn’t do any pizzas/calzones tonight. Why wouldn’t they call him before making a wasted trip?

I ordered spaghetti with meat sauce and meatballs with extra meatballs. I paid extra for the meat sauce that i did not get, this is watery marinara sauce with no flavor. The spaghetti noodles are not even salted just bland and watery, on top of that i don’t understand why the meatballs are different colors. We also ordered stuff mushrooms but got ravioli instead. This was all around a disappointment and a waste of money.

Ordered beef cannelloni, and whatever I got had no beef. Not taking a star off because the food was stellar. The cheese, spices, and especially the marinara were delicious. My new favorite Italian restaurant. Denison is killing it with the family owned restaurants. I’ve never lived in a city with this many great restaurants so close together. Love it!

Walked in to ask if it was open( the aroma so enticing already) man responded “yes”. We were greeted by the host and owner… awesome!! We ordered the Whole Chicken plate. WOW!! OUTSTANDING! The best of rice underneath was made to perfection. Wait!! We started with the Hummus…oh my heart!! SOOO DELICIOUS! SORRY FOLKS THIS PLACE HAS NO PROCESSED FOOD. HAND MADE FROM Scratch you’ll taste it. Pleasing to the palate. Denison, Texas you got a winner here!! The pita bread, the home made Baklava ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

We need to talk about Jaffa BBQ (where Sali’s used to be) – it is DELICIOUS. Go try it. The gyro sandwich is GREAT – and the Chicken Malai Boti (marinated overnight) is amazing. Hummus, naan bread, baklava…..ahhh Go try it for yourself

Ordered takeout for first time, got food home and the chicken shawarma sandwich was in a tortilla. It also wasn’t carved chicken but more like kabob style. It’s supposed to be in a pita. Also had some additional vegetables in it. This was the worst tasting food I have had. I’ve eaten chicken shawarma sandwiches numerous times and this wasn’t even edible in my opinion. Rice was also mediocre. I had high hopes and was very hungry at the time too. Overpriced as well.
