The quality of food, service, and atmosphere were top notch. We ordered the croissants sandwich, steak and eggs, and brioche French toasts. Excellent portion sizes, flavorful without being overly salty. Prices are reasonable. Highly recommend for breakfast. Both waiter and waitress were friendly and pleasant.

My wife and I celebrated our anniversary at Jellico’s and were thoroughly impressed. The food was beautifully prepared, full of flavor, and offered plenty of healthy options. Every dish we tried, during this visit, was consistently excellent.
Service was top-notch. Our server Adam was attentive and kind, and the entire team, including manager Jared and Chef de Cuisine Mark, made us feel genuinely welcomed. Their food suggestions were spot-on, and the drinks were just as delightful.
The atmosphere was warm and inviting, making our Anniversary dinner feel extra special. Jellico’s truly breaks the mold for hotel dining. Highly recommended—we’ll definitely be back!

Visited for my first time, Christmas Eve. I was very impressed with the experience overall. We went with the special/set menu. We started with a couple of appetizers (flatbread & sliders) both were very good and I recommend them. Our meal started with lobster bisque which was great, and a generous portion. I had the Beef Wellington and it was fantastic! Every single part of it was beyond my hopes or expectations. I finished my meal with a sticky toffee pudding, and it was fantastic. The chef, Mark, came by to visit us and check on our experience. He created the entire meal from scratch. It was all quite impressive. We will definitely be dining there again!

The menu offerings we tried—including the Damn Good Dip, Lobster Lumpia, Lobster Rolls, Spicy Asian Roasted Chicken, Steak Frites, Flatbread, and Vegetable Stir Fry—were all impressive in both taste and presentation. The Damn Good Dip was a clear favorite, and the vegetable stir fry stood out for its freshness, balance of flavors, and perfect texture.
The staff delivered outstanding service—professional, attentive, and genuinely hospitable, which added greatly to the experience. The restaurant itself has a sophisticated yet inviting atmosphere that feels well cared for and ideal for everything from family dinners to special occasions.

The service was exceptional—attentive, friendly, and made us feel truly welcomed. The ambience is upscale, elegant, and very well maintained, making it a great place for both a relaxed meal and a special occasion.

All of the appetizers were delicious, and all of the entrees were all equally challenging to choose. I ended up with the burger, and it was great. Those style fries were amazing as well! Great service and food!

Great service and even better food! Was a big fan of the Damn Good Dip and the lobster roll…the dip was unique and complemented almost every food item on the table.

I really wanted to like Jellico’s the atmosphere is nice, and the space feels like it should deliver a great dining experience. But honestly, the food and service just don’t live up to the hype or the prices.
The presentation is fine, but the flavors fall flat. My dish came out lukewarm, and the seasoning was barely there. The staff were polite but seemed disorganized long waits for simple things like drink refills or checks. For a place with this kind of branding and location, I expected a lot more.
There are better options nearby in Southlake and Grapevine that deliver both quality and consistency without trying so hard to feel “fancy.” Jellico’s just doesn’t justify the price tag or the reputation.
