I wish I could leave a negative star review. The store has recently changed owners and customer service and food have plummeted. After receiving the wrong order and making the worker aware, I was told that I was wrong and I received what was ordered. I attempted to explain what was wrong and he shook his head and told me no. I asked to get the right order, showed him my receipt and what I received and he again, told me no. 0/10- do not recommend

Tried the new footlong nacho deal they have for 5 dollars. I definitely recommend this deal. It was delicious, it didnt come as foot long, but it was in a plastic bowl, and I promise it was super good. Get it while you can.

Best subway I’ve ever been in. People were really friendly. Wanted to please me. Sandwich was great. And the boss of this place has got a bunch of nativity stuff here. That’s absolutely wonderful. Great place to eat.

First time at this subway.. but the lady acted like I was asking to much.. wen she skimped the meat onmy sub soo bad and didn’t make it how I wanted it.. cookies where like 3 days old. Just horrble service all the way around. She had an attitude.. couldn’t get no tuna or a cup of sauce on the side because they were out of cups and basically everything I asked for… and she said no tip.. smh of course no tip.. no money… but he’s a tip if you have an attitude and don’t wanna work don’t come.. I should of spent my money else where… but no it was right of the street from my room… marcila.. or however you spell it or say.. your a poor excuse of an older lady that works in fast food.. horrible.. smh.

Service is absolutely terrible, the workers just don’t care whatsoever. They will see a line of people waiting and just sit there having their personal conversation or check their phone and ignore the costumers, when they finally do start working they are just slow and careless about people’s orders

Have you been here? Tonight, my service experience was unsatisfactory; I ask the lady if she was having a bad day, she said who me? I said yes, oh no. I said you made my pizza as if you were mad; then she broke the pizza and I ask for another one, she said “we out of pizza”. The she using her gloved hand to push up her glasses, I ask that she change her gloves, she took them off and ask her co-worker to finish. Where’s the service in this world? Buy things without being Kind!
