Fantastic Indian food!! Had the chicken tikka masala and chickpea curry. The service was incredible and the owner was so nice. I am visiting for a week and he gave me all of his favorite spots. Such a stand up guy! And the food was amazing. This is definitely one of my favorite food trucks I’ve ever been to. Highly recommend!

Excellent Indian Food with good quantity. I’ve seen it many times that Indian restaurants in the United States either charge more or give less food for the price.
They give 2 naans, rice along with subjis shown on their menu. So, if you’re in Denver downtown, visit them!

We ordered samosa($5) mixed vegetable curry & saag paneer (Those were the only veg options). Every thing tasted great. With each curry($9) was a generous serving of rice and 2 mini naan. Although the naan were not made in house but I didn’t mind.
Great price & great taste.
The only criticism I had was both the curries being a lil bit too oily.

Some of the best Indian food I’ve had. The chicken marsala is delicious and it comes with naan, but I substitute my naan for garlic naan since I like that a little bit more. The rice is great too! There was a line when I was there but it moves fast and the food comes out quickly to! I only waited for a few minutes, definitely less than 5 minutes. If you work near here and are able to stop here for lunch you won’t miss out! Also they accept cards which is great since I was assuming they were cash only, but they aren’t! Amazing food at a great price, it’s really the best around!

One of the better Indian foods I have had in Denver.. definitely beats all my door dash delivered orders from Indian restaurants both in terms of flavours and value.
After reading all the good reviews and the sticky bits about naan bread being from the packet, obviously had no expectations from the naan so wasn’t disappointed.
Had the special butter chicken and it was tasty, rice nicely cooked. Worth a try.

This food truck is the real deal, there’s always a line of people waiting during lunch time and with good reason. The Indian food is absolutely delicious. Don’t let the long line scare you, it moves reasonably quickly. And in my opinion, it’s worth the wait. We got the Butter Chicken and the Chicken Tikka Masala. Both are great and each came with rice and two sides of Naan. The Naan is ok, honestly nothing special, but it also comes at no extra cost. But everything else is wonderful. At 11 to 12 dollars an entree, it’s fantastic value. Not much you can rate for “atmosphere” as it’s a food truck. Give it a try if you’re in the area!

This is hands down my favorite food truck in all of Denver. Lorenzo is always so sweet and helpful! I always order the butter chicken! The sauce is so rich and flavorful, the rice is always perfectly cooked, and the naan is perfect for dipping in the sauce!! 10/10 meal!!!

This place is good and have the authentic Indian taste. Being vegetarian, ordered both the veg options on the menu that day – mix veg and saag paneer. Also ordered samosas as starters. Everything tasted good. The only problem being that both dishes had too much of oil and the Naan bread were not fresh but the ones you get in the frozen section of Costo, I think they are “stonfire” brand Naans.
The photos in reviews from thr place didn’t look like those and I was expecting fresh Naan out of the tandoor but was disappointed when I got the pre cooked Naan. 1 less star because of the excess oil and the precooked naan.

This food truck up until 2 months ago was 10 stars out of 5. It was amazing. The food was so so so good, well priced, amazing portions and just reliably some of the best Indian food in denver. It has been a favorite of all the local businesses coming on their lunch breaks.
Rumor has it that unfortunately the Taj Palace we all know and love was bought by a new group. I went to check to check it out. The staff is all new and they are all very nice. The menu, prices and portions have all changed. Worst of all, the recipes have changed. That’s why I’m giving TAJ a 2 star review. The food is nowhere near as good as it was before and it breaks my heart. Sag Paneer was watery and didn’t have much flavor. One less naan than before. I hope this new group can somehow replicate the old Taj’s quality, and flavor… hopefully they can reach out to old TAJ and get those recipes because they used to be best in class. Now it’s pretty sub average. IM SORRY I WISH I WAS REVIEWING THIS BETTER but it’s just the truth. Bring back old Taj.
