My wife and I decided to try some BBQ for lunch at Soulfull Southern Kitchen. We had the pork rib platter plate and pulled pork platter plate. Platters come with choice of two sides, choice of bread and choice is sauce on the side. The food was served fresh and was very flavorful. The ribs were tender and came right off the bones. Will definitely be back.

I’ve been meaning to try this place for a while now. I wish I tried it much sooner! My wife loves fried shrimp, and we got 2 shrimp specials. Half a pound of shrimp, battered and perfectly cooked, along with a generous side of well seasoned fries. Come with their house made cocktail sauce, which is delicious! I took this picture after eating half my fries! Definitely will be back!

Outstanding food! Pretty sure I’m going to fail a drug test at work because those beans had to have crack in them. Couldn’t stop eating them! The loud puppies were amazing. The pork was perfectly cooked. The banana pudding was delicious. 10/10 would eat again.

Stopped here based on the reviews and it did not disappoint. Great price for huge portions of food. The sandwich was giant. Sides we tried: beans, fries and mac and cheese. Havana sandwich. Pulled chicken and pulled pork. Everything was super tasty. Only downside was there was not a lot of seating and it was all taken so we had a car picnic.

This place deserves more than 5 stars! This is my new favorite restaurant in Dunnellon! Everything was delicious! Good variety of food. The Loud Puppies are great so is the Mac N Cheese! Can’t wait to try everything on the menu. Will be back soon!

The best bbq we’ve had!
We had the platter and it was easily enough for two people. The ribs, pulled pork and beef and sides were all incredible!

The place is small kinda easy to miss in the small plaza, but once you’re in its a small cozy area with probably the best bbq I’ve had in Florida, the people behind the counter were nice and happy to help with anything you could ask, the 2 sauces I tried(house bbq, and jerk bbq) were phenomenal and the meats were the star of the show so soft, perfectly done, and extremely juicy, the fries are crunchy and well seasoned, the macaroni exceeded expectation, and the greens are great. A must stop spot anytime you’re in the area.

Some of the best barbecue/ soul food I’ve had the pleasure of experiencing in my life time living in north central Florida. The gentleman at the counter was about 12 years old but he was extremely knowledgeable with his recommendations of the menu. And gave me the exact change perfectly. I tried the pulled pork sandwich and it was IMPECCABLE!!!! The fried green tomatoes were cooked to perfection. I will warn you that there isn’t really somwhere to eat inside the restaurant- but they can direct you to the nearest parks to enjoy your meal. And enjoy the meal we did. I will certainly be back next time I’m down in the area!!! Wonderful dining experience

Don’t overlook this little gem! They had run out of a number of things by the time I came in – a sign of a good BBQ place.
The guys were super friendly. BBQ was excellent and enough for two meals. The beans were a bit spicy for me, but that’s just a matter of taste. Mashed sweet potato was very good and not too sweet.

i got the pulled pork plate, with mac and cheese, greens and the jalapeno cheddar drop biscuit.
the price was beyond reasonable for all the food i ordered and i got a cold drink on top of that as well.
the mac and cheese was made fresh to order, the greens were beautifully seasoned and well cooked. the pork was so flavorful and soft, i didn’t need the carolina gold bbq sauce at all. it was delicious on its own.
this is a family run restaurant making everything in house, it’s fresh, overly tasty, and absolutely everything you can want.
blessed to have found them, and grateful they’re local so i can keep coming back
