Food is comparably priced to other on-campus spots and ingredients seem to be of a higher quality. Sandwiches inconsistently come with condiments. On several occasions service has been lackluster: minimal eye contact, speaking casually to coworkers while completing transactions, no ask of receipt before tossing it in the trash, forgot my order once (when moderately busy). Does not seem to be very customer service oriented. There is a decent amount of seating albeit cluttered. Will return but more so out of convenience than preference.

I’m a regular and this is the best coffee on campus, hands down You can taste the difference in the quality of espresso when compared to other coffee places, like Starbucks.

Not the fanciest coffee shop, but my favorite coffee spot on campus no question. I’m a graduate student and Lavazza perfectly fits my coffee needs during the work week. Helps that there for coffee is roughly 50 cents cheaper than other near by coffee shops.

Lavazza deserves to be more popular than Starbucks. Better coffee, better prices and better staff. They are always so friendly and accomodating for drink requests. Not to mention the gelato and affogatos are amazing! Nice place to study between classes.I do miss the salty caramel blendisimo though…
