It’s a really nice place but I went to the drive thru and had faith it’s just as good as ordering inside. I ordered one bacon cheeseburger on a potato bun with ONLY bacon, meat, cheese, and pickle. + 8 mozzarella sticks, I got 2 burgers One was meat and cheese on a sesame seed bun and the second had meat cheese and pickles on it with a potato bun. Neither of the burgers had bacon. I wanted my bacon. Also I never got my marinara after I had asked if it was in the bag….

Driving through on our way home from the cities so we stopped at this location in Glencoe today. Food was good, very friendly staff. This location you can tell that the workers care about the customers and keep the place clean.

I haven’t had a quick meal in a little bit and knowing that it’s one of my fave quick feel goods, I was sad to think my bathroom break would leave me with a warm disappointment..but no along with it always be spotless and everyone working as a team when ever I have stoped at this location..they made it to order when I got here.. money can’t buy consideration or collaboration or cleanliness! The woman that brought it out had a kick in her step even to bring my hot meal.. I thought it’s so nice to see someone proud of what they do and to perform a good service. I hope the employees get paid well at this location cause they never disappoint! Way to go guys, kudos to the jobs that bring people hot, fresh happiness with a smile and kudos to you!! It’s all about the layers, BK, my way, lol!

Great, friendly staff! Clean tables, clean restaurant, and one of the workers gave me two free cookies. Have never had that happen to me before unless there was a mistake in my order.

Wow amazing service, clean store good fresh food. Caleb, Tommy, Yeni and Ben were awesome to watch as a team although it was quiet inside they were pushing orders out the window like nobody’s business. The assistant Manager Caleb was courteous and great at communicating with his team. I was really impressed with how well they all worked together to get the orders out. As someone who has 20 plus years in food service I wanted them to be recognized for an outstanding job. I’m not one to write reviews but I was honestly that impressed.

I’ve been craving burger king for weeks and I finally get it and it’s way more than usual, I’m sure because they are getting $15 an hour now…. But when I got my whopper jr the tomato was yucky and I asked for ketchup packets but they didn’t give me any. I don’t feel like complaining, I’m just kinda disappointed.

Today I ordered lunch in the drive thru and I was rushed at the order box. When I got up to the window Daniel M took my card and started giving me my drinks. I took them, but I had ordered 2 mediums and 1 small and was given 2 smalls and 1 medium. I told him that and asked if I paid for the medium or small and he was very rude and said “you paid for small”. Then he handed me my card and receipt and I looked at it and I paid for 2 mediums and 1 small. Someone else came to the window with my food and practically threw it at me and I asked very nicely for the medium that I PAID FOR. Daniel got the drink as I tried to hand him back the small, and he handed me my medium and said “keep it”. I was trying to be polite and not be a Karen but he shut the window in my face. I cannot believe that this is the way they treated a customer who simply came for lunch. I am so disappointed because I enjoy this BK and have had good service in the past, but won’t be going back after this…..unbelievable!
