We ordered a hot dog (w/ ketchup & mustard), a hamburger (w/ bbq sauce, tomato, onion, & lettuce), & a large fries. Total: approx. $18.50
Jennie enjoyed the red hotdog. I felt the meat of the burger was a bit dry, but it wasn’t bad. The BBQ sauce was on the vinegary side, but that seems to be the norm for these parts.
I like the cut and flavor of the fries, but we agreed they were a bit undercooked and oily, as though the oil just wasn’t hot enough (or fresh) for cooking in.
We then ordered two “pup cups” (small vanilla ice cream with a milkbone) and a small vanilla with colored sprinkles. That was another $10. The pups had no complaints about the ice creams, giving it Two Paws Up. Being Gifford’s ice cream, we enjoyed the small we split.

13 of us on side by sides were hungry. we were going to 47 north but they turned us away and said that they were “full” with only 2 people in it. So we did some googling and found this place and the food is amazing here!! We will definitely be back.

Their food is excellent the majority of the time. The only reason I gave this wonderful place four stars is they shrunk their delicious doughboy to half its normal size. They are still delicious and convenient. I understand that costs continue to rise, for restaurants and that may be a factor.

The pizza here used to be amazing. It was always hand tossed thick crust with plenty of cheese and toppings. Now they make it thin crust with about half the amount of cheese. It’s still good but you are paying the same price for half the amount of pizza. Not worth the cost anymore.

Best take-away in the St. John Valley. Ice cream treats are famous, and the dinners are even better. The haddock dinner is fresh, delicious, and ample enough for two. It comes with excellent cole slaw and a roll; get it with the sweet potato fries.
