Nice clubby atmosphere and music spot for drinks and good food. Service is hit or miss, some servers are more attentive than others. Our server wasnt very interested after the first few mins. Great place to watch a game at, easy parking and reservations, very simple process. A nice vibe that needs some small improvements but otherwise it’s a hidden gem most nights

Listen, if you don’t do anything else, come to Mingles for this insane and delicious oyster flight! It was soooo good. I also had the chicken phily, buffalo chicken dip, turkey burger, and salmon croquettes and mac n cheese. (not pictured because we were being so greedy) We missed happy hour by 15 mins and the owner came out and gave us free tequila shots.

I had an amazing time here from start to finish. The food was absolutely top tier — hands down some of the best I’ve had in a while. I ordered the crab melts, Rockefeller oysters, and salmon croquettes, and every single dish was a 10/10. Fresh, flavorful, and perfectly prepared.
The lemon drop with strawberry flavor was perfection — smooth, refreshing, and dangerously good. Whoever is behind that bar knows exactly what they’re doing.
Shoutout to my server Tatiana — she was attentive, friendly, and made the experience even better. Excellent service really does matter, and she delivered.
Great food, great drinks, great vibes. I’ll absolutely be back and will be recommending this place to others. If you’re thinking about coming here — do it.

I went to Mingles for a birthday party. I walked in and immediately noticed an unpleasant smell (sewage maybe) it was weird because people were eating but I couldn’t smell any food. I sat down at the bar and waited for what seemed like forever to get a cocktail. The bsrnsids kept walking past me like I wasn’t there no one asked me if I needed anything. When I tried to get their attention I was ignored. So a male friend of mine was able to grab her attention and I ordered a lemon drop with tito’s.23$ and 6 wings which were good for 29$. The whole experience was very lack luster and at those prices I don’t see what sets the apart or above any other bar / grill.. on a scale from 1-10 I give them a big fat 4 !

We came in for a birthday celebration so we had a table. You have to buy a bottle to get the booth. It was $350, which is ridiculous for a bottle of don julio. The food was ok. I had mac n cheese, which was too salty for my taste. The bang bang shrimp were good and the fried lobster was decent too. But the drinks are overpriced! We are not downtown why am i paying $17 for one drink?!
Anyway the vibe was cool, crowd was nice. But this would not be a regular spot i would come to. Oh Also it was a full house on a Saturday night. 11/23/24

I would recommend this place, especially for a late night! This isn’t my first time at Mingles so obviously something keeps bringing me back! This time, the customer service could have been better, but overall it was still a good experience. In regard to the food, the catfish and asparagus were phenomenal. 10/10! On the other hand, the chicken could’ve been seasoned better and we could’ve lived without the macaroni, but overall the food was decent. The drinks were pretty strong as well.
If you’re looking for a black owned bar with good food and a good atmosphere, this is it!

This will be my last time there and it shows why black owned business are not successful. I went after work on a Monday with a few coworkers. I was not asked if I wanted anything else I was just given a receipt. So I paid. I was asked by another server Tink if I wanted anything else I placed my order she then went and asked the bar tender to make my order. I heard the bartender say “you make it” after waiting some time( about 35 min) we never received our next order. So we just decided to leave because now the vibe is off. I’m assuming she thought we was not going to tip because gratuity was included but I always tip with cash at the end and usually when we go we end up leaving about $60-80 on top of gratuity. But I must say this will be my last time there. I rather go somewhere that act like the appreciate me.

Went for my birthday dinner. When we arrived we sat at a booth, we was told we would need to buy bottle and had 45 minutes to sit there, so we were seated at another table. The food and presentation so good, the drinks mango pineapple lemon drop and the wear my crown drink so good . Owner was greeting patrons and very nice I will definitely be back

This was a first time experience in Mingles Bar & Grill. From the moment we stepped into the establishment, everyone was professional.
Tatiana was our server for the evening. She remained patient throughout the entire experience. We were a party of 9 that dined in during their Happy Hour!
Prior to coming into the restaurant I read the reviews and I was a tad bit hesitant about the visit.
Someone that enjoys culinary arts and great cuisine, I highly recommend to visit Mingles.
We ordered the following:
Wings Flight
Fried Green Tomatoes
Fried whole wings dinner
Salmon Croquettes
Sweet Chili Salmon
Charbroiled Oysters
Rocker Fella Oysters
Crabmelt
Mozzarella sticks
Lemon Drops
Strawberry Lemom Drops
Casamigos
Tito’s
The food was freshly prepared and came out hot! Everything was seasoned to perfection. Absolutely refreshing. My favorite was the oysters charbroiled and rocker fella. The crabmeat was divine! The fried green tomatoes stole the show for me! Finger-licking deliciousness!
Everyone left completely full. Keep in mind 9 people were in our party and the bill was under $500!! That price is including several rounds of drinks and some full dinner items. This was more than reasonable. The vibe and atmosphere was warm and welcoming. Yes it’s a Monday night but we walked away feeling like it was a Friday Night! That’s a vibe within itself! It was not too loud in the establishment we were able to hear each other without screaming. I appreciate the games being on ,(football, basketball).
I appreciate the owner even coming out and welcoming us. We will return again! I understand everyone will have differences in tastebuds. Even as first timers trying out oysters, it was amazing. There are still more dishes to try out. There are plenty of options.
It was absolutely Chef’s Kiss!
My recommendation is to go and try it fo yourself!

The first I went it was delicious and fresh, the second time I went it was just ok, this 3rd time was the final straw…… HORRIBLE! The fried cauliflower was mushy, the chicken was hard and fried in old greace, the fries was over cooked and NO SEASONING what so ever on none of the food. I definitely won’t be going back. Waste of $50
