Overall the food is good and the employees mostly greet you with a good attitude this locations biggest downfall is the fact that not only does the owner refuse to accept any paper coupons but has even gone to the extent of turning off the ability to use online promo code through his store. personally I will be makin the drive to emmet for subway from now on until we are able to use the coupons givin to us at this location

I’ve been to many subways throughout the years, but this is my favorite one. Not only is the food better than other subways. Is that possible? But the staff is incredible. I love walking in and seeing Michelle and what incredible customer service her and her team provide. I want the franchise owners to know that Michelle is the main reason I stop in there and get my sandwich on top of the sandwich just being better than any subways in the area. I stop in because of Michelle and her smiling face and the friendly atmosphere and the customer service of her and her team. Please take care of that girl, because she’s one of the main reasons you have repeat customers like me, that live locally and isn’t just passing through. We have a Subway in my town, but I have to pass through Horseshoe Bend, so I’m making an effort to stop at that one just because Michelle’s there and I know the food’s going to be perfect.

Michelle and John were great. I was on a motorcycle ride out of Meridian. We had 17 bikes and time was crucial on this stop. They both stepped up and got my sandwich done exactly the way I like it. Great job and thank you Michelle and John!

If I could give 6 stars for service, I would. (It was quite busy) The young man behind the counter was being very patient with the 4 people ahead of us. I won’t write a novel with details, but I think he handled it very well when 3 more of them appeared and tried to jump ahead of us in line to get sandwiches, when the first four were paying. The young lady and he were both courteous and professional, pleasant as well. Thank you for a wonderful experience with your amazing service.
We had a #20, toasted, and although they were out of honey oat bread, the bread the young lady suggested (I do not recall the name but it has cheese and herbs in it) was divine! Thank you for a delicious mid-afternoon meal!

One of the most pleasant experiences in general eating out. Our group of four had some bad luck in 36 hours and this subway and the two women working, but especially Michelle, were fantastic. They were nice and kind and super friendly. While they couldn’t help the bad luck, they were a light in the middle of the tunnel (lol) – great service, great people. Everything ordered was tasty and fresh. I will absolutely go back through on my next trip around.

Michelle and her morning crew are wonderful!. No rubbery fried egg sandwiches here. They make customized omelets on any kind of bread with any of the trimmings. They are friendly, speedy and accommodating. If heading toward McCall on an empty stomach this is the place to fill up. They are inside the Chevron station.

Best subway experience of my life. John knocked it out of the park with our sandwich’s and even made suggestions on how we may want to improve the taste. This place is making omelettes for breakfast and has signature off-menu sandwiches. Not your run of the mill subway. Thank you John for the fantastic sandwiches and customer service!

I have gone to so many subways across the United States, I HAVE NEVER IN MY LIFE HAD SERVICE, ANYWHERE, NOT JUST SUBWAY, BUT ANYYYWHEREE like I did here!! John and Michelle were working today were the best customer service I’ve ever gotten in my life. They just went above and beyond with how they made our meal. I will always go to this subway (which is wayyyy out of the way for me) but I will just to get what I got this morning. Respect, smiles, appreciated employees. Honestly I’m sad I can’t take surveys for them through subway, they have to be recognized.
