this Subway should not be in a business. They are so mean Person call Domo such a meanest person in the world. I given them my order he was touching the meat and then he wanted to touch my bread with the same gloves after making my sandwiches I trying to use the coupon. He said they don’t take the coupon then why you send the coupon in the mail if you don’t take it I don’t want anybody go to that place at all? This is the worst place.

Received subway coupons through the mail and this location did not honor the coupon. The person working just said no and was very short. What is the point of getting these via the mail if they will not honor the coupon? Left with nothing.

I have been coming to this Subway many times, but they wouldn’t accept a new nationally valid coupon that I just tore out of today’s mail. Taking what should’ve been a $6 something 6 inch combo up to $13 something. Laziness at the cashier! I won’t be back. RIP $5 Footlong.

App says orders need to be placed by 9:30 I had mine placed at 9:25 the site, app,sign, and hours on the door all say close at 10. My order said it was recieved and will be done by 9:45 I get there at 9:30 as I’m right around the corner and the doors are locked. The employee inside motioned for me to go so I put my phone up to the door with the order receipt. He came to the door confirmed it was the right address but said no he’s closing early anyway and didn’t have my order. It was just 2 sandwiches which shouldn’t be hard to make I’ve worked in kitchen for years. Looking at my order on the app when I left he marked it as picked up which is not the case now I am out almost 40$ and have to cook late at night after getting off work. The employee was the larger Latino man is who I had the interaction with he was very rude and often closes the store up to an hour early avoid this location.

Picked up a tuna sandwich today, Monday, day after Christmas and the container holding the tuna was less than half filled. I asked if it was from Saturday and he said no but it was only 12:30 and this Subway is not. Very busy. They were closed on Sunday and besides the tuna not tasting right, the bread was stale.

This was absolutely ridiculous. I went in for dinner and asked for itailian herb bread, I didn’t pay attention to what he grabbed and after one had been made i noticed it and asked him to switch the bread. He sat there arguing with me asking me “what you just want me to throw the bread in the trash?” I tried to calm it down and told him it’s just a mistake it happens maybe you didn’t hear me right but it’s just bread. I said maybe we should just go if you’re going to argue and he then told me to just leave. Idk if this guy was just having a bad day but this was UNACCEPTABLE. Have some decency with someone trying to be kind and just recognize a simple error. OVER BREAD. sad. Sad. Sad. Never again.
