Worth the wait! We were joking about it being life changing while we were in line because each car took 14-18 minutes. Then it was as close to life changing as food can get! Pete’s has great flavor and sauce options. We bought a few extra because we were curious and everything was incredible. Huge food portions, we’ll probably split a meal next time. We look forward to eating here again

I’ve tried nearly every flavor and seasoning and loved them all! I usually go for a dry rub (love the classic salt and pepper) to keep things less saucy, especially with the added slaw.
Pro tip: add dill pickles, chef’s kiss!

Regardless of price the chicken sandwich is fantastic. Good slaw. However for 7$ a small fry should have some form of salt/seasoning/flavor/crisp. The fries are ridiculously expensive and as bland as they come. Soggy on the outside and inside. Be sure to bring a little salt and some kind of dip for your fries because somehow 7 dollars for a small doesn’t even get you a little dipping sauce. Chicken is great but the rest is just ok and the price is outrageous for what you get.

Stupidly good fried chicken sandwich. It was quite a long wait in a drive thru line to get our order, but it was well worth it. Definitely one of the best I’ve ever had, worth a stop if you have the time.

Took the risk and waited 45 minutes for food. It’s drive up and cash only. Everything is cooked to order which explains the wait. The chicken and fries were exceptional. I’m mean, like better than the south. Perfect breading and super crispy. Really worth the wait, which is rare.

Worth the 5 star review! Even though the drive through wait was painful 30+ min, the chicken nuggets and fries were out of this world! Had the Japanese BBQ dip. Super juicy chicken and batter was delicious! 100% recommend.

It’s a decent wait in line, but that’s because he makes every order hot and fresh for you! We came late one day and he had only two options available, we chose one of them and chose all of his recommendations and what spice and sauces to do. We were extremely impressed with how fresh and tasty the chicken was, how fresh his homemade sauces are, and with how everything tasted overall! If you’re new, just wait in line, it’s so worth it! He makes some mean chicken!!!!

Wow just wow. One of the best if not The Best fried chicken sandwiches I’ve ever had. A must try bright spot in this food desert of a town. A juicy, flavorful, ASMR worthy crunchy freshly fried piece of chicken with perfect slaw. This is what homemade fried chicken aspires to be. Nice service with a totally worth it wait time and reasonable price for some of the best eats in this god forsaken place. Get it!
