Woah – terrible Subway. I showed up at 1230pm on Monday and there was 1 employee working. I placed a mobile order 20 minutes earlier and the sandwich wasn’t ready. When I watched the employee try to make my sandwich after taking a payment from someone without washing his hands, I immediately asked that he changed gloves.
So gross.
He barely spoke, couldn’t connect with him at all and overall a poor experience. Bummer

There seems to be a training problem with the staff regarding their customer appreciation cards. One staff member told me I received a free sub at 15 punches, and another said I only receive it after 15 punches. And now a third person doesn’t know how to redeem the card at all. Basically, I’ve had three attempts trying to redeem this card, and no one can help me. Service is generally slow as well.

Worst bread I’ve ever had at subway, it’s flat as hell, and there’s no bite to it. Once the sandwich is made it all falls apart in your hands. Not to mention the employees don’t cut it in half all the way so you essentially have to rip it in half. Veggies have this odd white color to them, maybe they’re not fresh? I don’t know but not good. Noticed the first time I came here and gave them another try but it’s the exact same.

First, let me start off by saying I’ve worked fast food and I’ve worked at restaurants. Portion control is a legit concern for keeping costs down. I get that, I respect that. I also believe the companies should be held accountable for misleading advertisement. This is the 6inch Philly cheese steak sub that I ordered via GrubHub. At first, I thought maybe they completely forgot to put the meat on it. But no, it was there, barely. There is *no* way that the amount of meat on the sandwich is the standard portion. Super disappointed and won’t be ordering from here again. Just because the customer isn’t standing there telling you how to make the sandwich doesn’t mean you should not make it correctly. What I received looks *nothing* like what is shown as an example of the sub on the website. I know that website photos of the food are fluffed and perfect but seriously. This is ridiculous.

I use to work for subway and this place was not it. The bread they gave me was undercooked and stale at the same time definitely not going back again the owners really need to start putting more effort in training their employees before they close down any other subway in Kent I’ll definitely be asking for a refund
If y’all really want a subway go on auburn way or the one on meeker

Picture says it all. Ordered two sandwiches 2/13/25 @ 12:45pm from the Subway App. This sandwich was a club on wheat. The bread was old and hard when I went to eat it so I examined it to find mold on the bottom. It was clearly not fresh baked bread. I have no way of knowing how old it is or how long it was sitting there, But this isn’t acceptable. I won’t be returning, I’ll be telling everyone to avoid this location. If they can’t keep bread fresh, what else might have gone bad?

With how bad it was, I’m not surprised I’m not the only one who received an astonishingly disgusting, moldy sandwich. Person working refused to give a refund and just blamed it on whomever worked before them. Absolutely do not go to this Subway.
