Food was hot and tasty. They’ve recently partnered with the blue door to serve food to the bar folks so when you order you’re in line with Fuoco AND Blue Door customers which made service a little slow. And not a huge deal, but the lighting in the dining room seemed “cold” like we were eating inside Home Depot, not “warm” like the inside of a restaurant.

Absolute gem of a restaurant. Fresh ingredients, piping hot out of the oven, Italian the way it’s supposed to be done. Service is excellent every time, and atmosphere is very quaint. It never seems busy when I come with my wife. Try the Calzones! They’re as big as your face!

To be fair we had a large party of 14. Showed up and they didn’t see the reservation we had but still seated quickly. Ordered cheese sticks and ministrone soup. Cheese sticks were good but basic. Soup was delicious except maybe the beans could have been cooked longer. Waitress did a great job keeping up with refills for the large party. Ordered Chicken Marsala for the meal. Pasta was cooked great. Chicken was a little thin but overall wasn’t really my bag…some probably love it though. Overall a good experience and definitely recommend over places like olive garden etc

Just moved here from Colorado so we were unsure what restaurant to try first. Pizza won. This place is damn delicious! We ordered the supreme. The crust was perfect. The ingredients fresh. Picked it up to take home to watch the game but we will DEFINITELY be back to try EVERYTHING!

I recently visited Fuoco Italian Cuisine in Midland, and I was beyond impressed! I ordered the Vodka Sauce pasta, and it was perfection – creamy, rich, and bursting with flavor. It was easily one of the best vodka sauces I’ve ever had! I also had the Caesar salad, which was fresh and had just the right amount of dressing to balance the crisp romaine and savory parmesan. The flavors were on point, and every bite was enjoyable. Fuoco truly knows how to do Italian cuisine right. If you’re in the area, I highly recommend stopping by for an incredible meal!

The food is delicious, this is a hidden gem in West Texas. The staff is very attentive and they do everything to satisfy not only your cravings, but also to feel you comfortable. My fav here is the Lobster Ravioli, but the pizzas are super fresh and made from scratch, do not lose the opportunity to try their minestrone soup, I was stunned with the flavor. Give yourself the opportunity to try Fuoco, you won’t regret it!

Best service in Midland, very clean restaurant perfectly located. I had the meat lovers pizza which was the best pizza I have had in Texas. Reasonable and fair prices on menu. It looks like the negative reviews are from competitors.

We brought our son and his friends from out of town to dinner here last night. They wanted Italian food but didn’t want a chain restaurant so we decided to check this place out. The food was delicious!
Our waitress was very sweet and attentive. As we visited with her she let us know that this is a locally owned family restaurant. I love that and love to support people in our community.
They bring homemade garlic bread to your table when you are seated. We ordered calamari for the appetizer and it was fantastic. Seasoning was perfect and it was a generous serving for the 5 of us.
Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo – the sauce was so creamy and full of flavor. I appreciate that they weren’t stingy with the alfredo.
Chicken Rigatoni with Vodka sauce – PERFECTION! I had never had vodka sauce before so I was happy when it was so delicious.
Lobster Ravioli with Vodka sauce – delicious. When it was brought out my son said he was afraid it wouldn’t be enough food but he ended up having one ravioli left to bring home.
Spaghetti with meat sauce – fantastic.
We are adding this restaurant to our rotation and are excited to have a good Italian food option in town.
