A truly excellent restaurant, serving food that would feel right at home in the heart of Ginza. When I closed my eyes, the nigiri brought me straight back to all my favorite sushi meals in Japan. The service is excellent and everyone there is extremely knowledgeable. If you’re looking to be transported by food, you should absolutely eat here.

I had my birthday dinner here, the food is really good, the people in charge is kind and nice.

The only thing is the food to arrive to your table it take some time, for example between the second and third course it was like 25-30 minutes; it was a lot. I am not sure if is always like that or it was a one day thing.

I ordered my dinner without wasabi, and in the last course one of my nigiri had wasabi I told them and they very responsive and everyone come and give an apology, it was not necessary but I appreciated.

The third course (soup) it was amazing, the first round of nigiri espectacular . They have a great choices of sake. They have 3 options, 13, 15 and 19 courses, we got 15 and I think it was enough .

In general is a good restaurant, the only thing that I don’t love it was the long time between some courses.

Thank you to the chef that comes out and talk to us.

We recently celebrated our birthdays, and it was an unforgettable experience. Chef Toshiaki San’s attention to detail was incredible–each dish was beautifully crafted and delicious.

Kenichiro San, the host, impressed us with his deep knowledge of sake, offering perfect pairings that elevated the meal. We also want to mention the new trainee, who took great care of us with her warm and attentive service.

The food, service, and hospitality were top-notch, making it the perfect birthday celebration. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a special, personalized dining experience!

One of the best sushi restaurant experiences of my life. I came in wanting to expand my horizons and try new fish – there wasn’t a single thing on the menu I didn’t love.

Chef Toshikai Ono is a true artist who prepares all the food and courses it out masterfully.

The hospitality was top notch and I got to enjoy some incredible and unique sake presented beautifully In custom glasses.

Thank you for the amazing experience! I can’t wait to come back.

All the dishes were thoughtfully prepared, and I really enjoyed the small talk with Chef Ono and fellow customers. I also appreciated that they were welcoming to solo diners. The sake pairing was well-curated and definitely worth the additional charge, in my opinion. Overall, it was a great experience, and I’ll be sure to return when I’m in the area.

Chanced upon this restaurant when dining at The Silk Road restaurant previously and decided to give it a try. Sashimi was very good and fresh, including their salmon carpaccio which was very refreshing with the wasabi ice cream.
Chef Alvin was very friendly and humble and wait staff Mint, went over and beyond to assist us to book a Thai massage appointment. Very impressed with the quality and will define visit again when back in Bangkok!

Best Omakase restaurant I’ve been to. The uni (sea urchin) was immensely fresh, and the creativity to their nigiris were astounding. One of the nigiri used grilled eggplant (instead of rice), and another was using very fine grained radish as the base (instead of rice) with foie gras as the sauce. The sake pairing was also breathtaking.

Looking forward to going back for another special event!

Wonderful staff and chef. The dishes were amazing and delicious and flavorful. I am not a big sushi person as I have not been to a really nice place. The fish here just melts in your mouth. It was soo good. Sat next to some other patrons who were regulars and it was wonderful how the staff remember them and catered to them. Had a wonderful first experience so will come back.
