This place was really good. We pass by it all the time and finally decided to try it this afternoon. It’s very low key and attached to a small grocery store. I enjoyed the vibe and they had a good selection of comfort foods.

The buffet is mui bueno! Warning to gringos: this is NOT your traditional Tex-mex place! If you’re looking for a place with wonder-bread-like tortillas slathered in cheese dip and sour cream, don’t come here. This is a more traditional family dishes style buffet. Honestly soups such as pozole, menudo, and others combined with different dishes, stews, molès, taquitos, and other accompaniments. Fresh CORN tortillas, homemade salsa, fruits, are also served. And homemade horchatta! The available dishes changes frequently, which keeps me coming back! If you value homestyle mexican food, you will love this place!

Can on a Friday at 530pm. They had 2 soups. 2 types of rice. 2 types of beans. Atleast 12 entrees. Homemade corn tortillas while you get your plate. Had a fruit bar with 6 different fruits. Also had an condiment bar with 3 types of salsa. Dessert was tres leches and ice cream. Buffet choices change daily. Let’s just say if you have eating in Mexico City, you will have a familiar experience. If you don’t leave full, it’s your fault. I give it a 100 stars if I could.

The burritos are fire!!! If you want to try some real burritos come here.
The only thing is that its in a sketchy area but other than that its great. It’s also inside a small grocery and panadería.
I want to thank the staff there. They are so sweet. I didn’t have cash and I was really thirsty and she gave me a free drink. So grateful!!!!

This place looks bad on the outside but the food is good. The parking lot is filled with pot holes and there are no lines for the parking spots.
The inside is a grocery store that feels like a freezer. The staff are not very attentive. They probably did not have many dine-in customers during the pandemic and they have not transitioned to serving people. The wait for our food was over 30 minutes even though we were the only people in the place.
The food tasted great. I ordered a steak quesadilla and chicken taco. We were not given chips and salsa but I was not bothered by that. Both items were filled with meat and seasoned to perfection.
I may return if I have over an hour to wait.

I loved the cultural atmosphere. Exactly what I would want to see for them. That made me trust their food and I wasn’t disappointed

I respectfully made two attempts to experience the food here. I initially tried to place a call-in order. The person who answered apparently spoke no English because besides “food” they understood nothing else I said. My second attempt was going there in person to no avail. No one inside who appeared
to work there acknowledged my presence nor seemed to speak English. They only looked at me like I was an alien from another planet. I came to the conclusion that this establishment wasn’t meant for me and left.
