I don’t go out often at all, especially not to sit down and eat somewhere. I know I’m an extremely picky eater so why not just stay home and make it right. Turns out this should have been one of those times. I don’t like coconut so I ask for my bowl with out coconut. Yet somewhere as I’m eating it, seeing flakes of coconut…. I started w just feeding my husband said bites until he gets on to me for not eating what I ordered…. A bad habit of mine, so After I explained it to him, he reassured me I should ask the person behind the counter working about it and see. the girl asks me to wait and after going in the back for a lil while she comes back with tales of food being stored so close together and used together so frequently you really cant always help it and these things happen. And trails off. This is obviously not her speech nor something she even agrees with so I just sigh and move on. Such is my luck, I finally get my husband to sit down and ‘a fancy health food place’ and they can’t even be bothered to make my bowl right the 1st time neither could they be troubled to remake it right after I brought it to their attention.

I didn’t feel like persons working are excited to do their job and also the same roll order three times had different size everytime. No stability at all 🙁

Ordered online and as we were pulling into the shopping center, I received a text to pick up through the drive-thru. We pull up and they didn’t have my order ready, they put sugar in my smoothie when I asked for Splenda. Remade the smoothie and were very nice about it. Get to Mickler and go to eat my Buffalo wrap and it’s drowning in sauce. It is going everywhere. Go back, politely ask to have it remade. They make it again. I get back to beach and the 2nd pic says it all. Need some management skills there.

It’s a 100+ degrees in this store. Your poor employees are sweating. Judging from previous reviews, this isn’t news to you. This should be handled by building management or at very least the franchise owner should front the cost for HVAC service and submit for reimbursement. I’m disgusted by ownership/management’s blatant disregard for your employees and health code standards. There’s NO possible way the “fresh” items in this store are withstanding the heat and humidity. It looked like children working in there. There has to be a labor law against this. It’s clear management is not physically present at this location or this would be fixed. This is the 4th time in the last 6 months I’ve gone in this store and the temps have been scorching. Have some care and compassion for your employees and customers. Shame on you!! Do better.

I really wanted to like it. I ordered extra bananas, which there was not. But honey? There was half of a jar of honey in my bowl. I do like honey, but not that much .

The drink I ordered (Mango Magic) was not properly made! It got me sick! If I were petty I would have taken legal action! I wouldn’t recommend this place to my dog!
