In my top 3x Donut places on east side Cleveland “ish” area. The Maple icing and the cream filling used (go figure Middlefield) are excellent. Raised are better than the cake, in this case, in my opinion, which seems backwards a little here. The new chocolate cake, cream sandwich ones(only on Wednesday I think) are pretty tasty too. Cinnamon rolls and apple fritters are good, but too much(thick) icing for me.

Maggie’s as been a hometown favorite for longer than I have lived here. The donuts are always tasty but favorites sell out early. Try the maple cream sticks or just the basic glazed both winners!

If I could give 0 stars I would. I will be contacting them asap. I called just shy of 2 weeks in advance to order donuts for my daughter’s 1st Birthday party because the theme was “Donut Grow up”. I ordered 2 dozen “pretty donuts”, a dozen plain donuts for the kids to decorate and 30 sticks of donut holes. We set up for my mom to pick them up today (the day of the party) at 10 am. When my mom got there the order was not done so my mom said she would run another errand and come back. 45 mins later they still did not have the order complete. They handed my mom the plain donuts and the donut holes and told her that it would be $81. When my mom got to the car she opened the boxes and saw that they forgot the other donuts so she went back in and they gave her 2 dozen of the worst looking donuts I’ve ever seen. The frosting had chunks missing, most of them were just glazed or had nuts thrown on top. I will just go to Dunkin from now on.

On Friday’s they had coconut cream filled cream sticks.
They changed extra for them, but it was worth it.
They only had them on Friday morning, Always sold out quickly.
Now they don’t have them anymore.
Want to talk to the owner but can’t get any contact information.
Tried to file a complaint online but the “capcha” on the site wouldn’t work.

I did not actually pick the doughnuts up so I don’t know about the service, but I was given one of their doughnuts by a local. Might be the best doughnut I’ve ever had!!! I will be stopping there next time I’m in town. A++++ rating.
Update: actually went into the shop and service was awesome. The staff was very friendly and prices were very affordable.

My kids love to get Maggie’s doughnuts! Best donut shop in Cleveland/Akron area. Maple twists, apple fritters, glazed croissant. These are delicious old fashioned donuts.
