We ordered a pizza and a beef sandwich online to share on a recent trip and were able to pay online with convenience! The pizza was absolutely amazing their sausage is crave worthy and it was ready when we got there ☺️ the only problem we had was that we ordered a sandwich too and they didn’t bother to call and tell us they were out of beef and were unable to make half of what we ordered. There are several locations and we would have chosen another location. Super frustrating we went to the next location 13 minutes away and got a delicious beef sandwich!

Garbage quality and the service is even worse. If you order spinach, 80% if it will be thick floppy stems that are literally 10 inches long (see picture). Also had a misunderstanding while ordering and they gave us marinara instead of ranch for the fried mushrooms, which are supposed to come with ranch. When informing the manager, she was defensive and made no apologies or effort to help.

By far the worst rosatis in Barrington area. Ordered a promo and they give me the wrong one, then proceed to argue that they read my order back to me – which didn’t happen – and then made the correct order, and actually followed that up by still sending me with the wrong pizza. Whichever girl was working the counter on 8/23 at 6 pm is not representing your business well.

This is my first time ordering in this location.Ordered before from the city and everything was good.
Ordered salad and I found dirt on the lettuce and in the spinach a little of mold.
This is really disappointing.
They charge you a fee if you pay tap and also for plates.

My husband and I have been frequent customers for several years. They make the BEST pIzza in the Chicagoland area. I called the Rosati’s in Barrington, Illinois and placed the order with young man named ‘Dean’. He was super helpful, courteous and eager to assist me. Not only is their pizza incredibly delicious – but the level of customer service that Dean provided was excellent!! Here’s a big shout-out to Dean and to the Manager/Owner of this restaurant! I’ve spent a few decades managing Customer Service departments and truly appreciate excellent customer service when I receive it!!! Great pizza and even better service!!!

Ordered a cheese and pepperoni for pick up, but received a cheese. I called in to let them know and was told the pepperoni is often under the cheese and was told to check, so we bit in and no pepperoni.

The pizza is always good. So many to choose from. But if you don’t try the rest of the menu you will miss a lot of great food. The cheese burgers are probably the best ones around here. Service is great and the prices are reasonable. I recommend it to anyone who loves great food any day of the week

Garbage service, I’ve ordered a pizza and when they delivered it wasn’t even the pizza that i ordered. Right away I’ve called and complained about it and they told me that either I can keep the pizza and get $10 credits towards my next pizza and just eat whatever was delivered and I said fine. Few weeks later I call back to order a pizza and when I went online that same pizza I tried to order is a different prize than what they told me over the phone which got me frustrated. Asked to speak to a manager and of course that’s not an option so I said no problem go ahead and put my order in regardless and add my $10 credit whicthey said there is no credit in the system! Go figure NO manager! No credit, No way to price mach their online prices even though tge girl said she went on the website and confirmed that the prizes were different from what they are coming up with in their system. THIS IS HONESTLY ONE OF THE WORST EXPERIENCES IVE HAD AND WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN! GARBAGE SERVICE
