NO STARS FOR STROUD MAZZIOS PIZZA but I could not Post this without at least one star…STILL, NO STARS!!!!! The following IS NOT Manager material. I called Stroud Oklahoma Mazzio Pizza just about 1 hr. ago and “tried” to Ask Him exactly what was on the Chicken Alfredo Specialty Pizza and I also informed this person that I had a coupon but unfortunately, before I could finished my sentence, he interrupted me and continually interrupt me by just repeating, “Okay, I’m pulling it up on the register to see if the coupon will be able to take it”. I NEVER asked him if the coupon was able to be used for a Specialty Pizza” I already knew it could be used for a Specialty Pizza because I was holden the coupon and it was staring back at my face!!! I tried several times to finish my question as, “What is on a Chicken Alfredo Specialty Pizza” but was continuously interrupted. I finally interrupted him and ask for the manager and he told me, he was the manager and then I asked what was his name. “Roberto” I guess “Roberto” was proud enough to at least, ‘Stop” “Listen” and “Answer” me. Just soooo wrong!!! I thought I finally got his attention and proceeded to ask, once again, what was on the Chicken Alfredo Pizza. WRONG!!! He just continued to interrupt me again and again, until I finally became agitated with him and while he just kept repeating his same sentence, I loudy interrupted him and said,” Dude!!!! You are not allowing me to talk because you keep talking over me!! ” I really thought he would apologize and allow me talk but instead he replied with, ‘You need to call some other time” and then there was complete silence from he’s side. How rude Mr Roberto!!! Tried forever to find the Regional Manager for Stroud Mazzio Pizza but I haven’t had any luck. If anyone knows, he’s/her name and number, please post it here for me. Thanks.

Stopped in there while staying at the Hampton because I was tired of fast food. The Chicken Alfredo I got (there was a mistake in the order and they offered more than would be reasonably expected to make it good) was fantastic– lots of cheese, great garlic flavor and the inclusion of tomatoes was a great twist/bonus. Well worth stopping for off the highway rather than cookie cutter type places. Staff was friendly, attentive and caring.

This is one of the dirtiest restaurants I’ve ever been in. Went in and the cashier was in no hurry to help, she was more interested in being wowed by the amount of change a kid wanted for the game machine. Got our drink cups and the drink machines were NASTY! They Obviously had not been cleaned in a while. The pizza was cold and could not be separated and dont even think about getting a salad unless of course you like brown lettuce and soft cucumbers. Health department really needs to check this place out… when i asked for a refund they never asked why, tried to address the issues or anything just whispered to each other and seemed almost confused at why we wouldn’t stay and eat there. TERRIBLE DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME

Should be zero stars. Ordered food for pick up for 4 hungry children and 5 adults. When we went to pick up the pizza they said the order was never placed because ” I said nevermind”. That is ridiculous!! Not to mention the rude attitude and I was hung up on. It was as though they simply didn’t want to make our food so they made up an excuse. Terribly unprofessional and deserve to be shut down.

Pretty gross place. Called in an order for pickup and was told it would take 45 minutes. For some reason there was 7-8 kids behind the counter. The two cashier’s were both talking to (not taking an order from) one of their friends that came to visit them, talking about drinking and smoking though they all look 16 years old. This went on for 5 minutes before I was even acknowledged by one of the other employee. I told them my order and I guess it didn’t make it into their system. This is the third or fourth time I’ve been to this place and they never get my order right. Never going here again.

Food was good, but restaurant was filthy. Friendly cashier, but with several staff members working, none were cleaning the several dirty tables. The salad bar, which is my favorite part of mazzio’s, was not stocked at all! Plus, what was on the salad bar was all frozen, and had been sitting too long. The bathrooms were disgusting! Very dissatisfied with this particular store.

Would give 0 stars if it would let me.
To top it off, when the order was picked up, the kidnin the drive through really had the audacity to ask for a tip….
Someone needs to teach those kids that work there how to do their job.
Or maybe just get rid of everyone and start over.
Save your money and time, find another pizza place.

staying at the Hampton inn and ordered from here, the food was very good and delivered on time, I had the Memphis rub wings and chicken bacon Alfredo pizza, food was hot and very good! they forgot the 2 liter of Coke and plates, the delivery driver was so polite and returned quickly with these items

Looks like this is definitely an original Mazzio’s or Pizza Hut building lol. Old and on the dirty side. The soda machine needed to be filled with ice. They did that about 10 minutes after we started eating. We had the buffet and the pizza was not warm even under the lamps ♀️

From the time we ordered our pizza it took an hour and 45 minutes and three phone calls although we were told 25 minutes. The delivery man was fairly apologetic but no one else seemed to care that we waited that long for a pizza on a Wednesday night.
