The owners are very friendly and helpful and the food is amazing! It’s all “homemade” fresh. It’s spicy for people who don’t do spice (like my husband) but I thought it was great! I’ll definitely be going again!

I arrived at the establishment as they were in the midst of repairs on the food trailer, despite this the owmers and Chef were extremely generous and eager to make my food! I had ordered Lamb Kofta Butter Massala paired with a garlic naan. And the Mango Lassii for my beverage this costed me $30. It took approximately 15 minutes for this meal to be prepared, as im sure making food this delicious requires a fine process.. he delivered it in my to-go bag with a warm smile on his face. And the meal was still hot and fresh even after my walk home. As I laid out the meal, I was pleasantly surprised at the longrice and curry portions, there was roughly 3 ounces of lamb haunches in the meal as well.. when I took my first bite of everything, I was divinely pleased at the texture and conplex flavor profile presented to my palate. It had a bodaciously buttery onset, with a very complex mix of herbs and spices a creamy texture that paired nicely with the long rice and a not too heavy yet subtly sweat inducing spice that was out of this world. When paired with the soft, tender garlic naan it elevates the dish dramatically. As I took my first sip of the Mango Lassii I was blown away by it’s subtly sweet and tangy flavor with a very pleasant creamy aftertaste that cleansed my palate nicely. I believe everyone in the area should try this place at least once in their lives as their food is like none other.

A hidden gem tucked away behind the Budget inn. My girlfriend has wanted to try this place for a while. I’m glad we came. There was no one here so the gentleman was able to serve us right away. He was very polite and nice. There was a few items not available because it was slow and theu didn’t have any prepared. Despite this what we had was very good with a very nice flavor. It tasted like a more authentic Indian food then an americanized version. The food did take a little while to be made so we sat on the benches and waited. The wait was not terrible. Maybe 10 minutes. I wish this place had a better visibility to the main road as I believe many more people would stop and try their food. If you get a chance I would strongly recommend to try this food truck.

I was on my way to Idaho and by the time i made it there it was closed. But owners were so generous he opened up his van and asked me what he can make for me. I took Aalu parantha (potato stuffed indian bread). And OMG it was right out of my mom’s hand tasty. If you crave some homely food, would totally stop here if you are on your way this route. Even worth the detour
They made sure i don’t leave without food.

AMAZING FOOD!!!! The best indian food i have ever had. so flavorful, so hot and fresh. I got the Paneer Butter Masala and Garlic Naan as well as a Mango Lassi. Everything exceeded my expectations! It was very good food, my only heartache was how spicy the biryani was, because it was so good to eat yet deadly. I’ve not had it that spicy before. I’m hispanic so I can handle heat but damn, this punjab packed the heat in this one! I loved how aromatic it was but each bite sent me closer to spicy purgatory. It was really good though.

Lamb curry was great, although everything was very expensive, it was good and nothing was bad. Took 45 minutes. But least this ensures the quality of the food.
