Pozole is soooo delicious. Loved it!
The “flautas aka rolled taquitos” are super yummy and crispy to perfection. The “Aguas Frescas ” are amazingly tasty. Overall, El Jardin Taquerìa is the perfect place for real Mexican Food. Prices are very affordable. The place is very clean, friendly and kind staff . They have handicapped parking and access for wheelchair .

I ordered a single crispy taco with beef. I didn’t even question that it was almost $11 because California and also walnut creek. I had no idea that it was a full plate with beans and rice. I feel like if I order “a single crispy taco” that’s what I should get. Not a “single crispy taco with rice and beans and small salad” If I wanted rice and beans and all that I would have ordered a crispy taco with rice and beans and lettuce and all that. If only the person talking my order wasn’t obsessed with being on her phone maybe she would have been able to help me. I guess hanging up your facetime call isn’t an option when talking someone’s order. I’ll never be back. Btw the taco was bland. z

I fumbled across this place when I was only on lunch coming to Crumbl. But I am so happy I did. I ordered the nacho fries with chicken and on my goodness it was so good. I didn’t even have time to eat it right away when I got back to work but when Luke warm it was still so delicious: I will definitely be back when I’m doing a cheat day lol since I’m on a calorie deficit currently. Took a min for someone to recognize me when I went in it was just me and they must was getting orders ready but once they decided to notice I was there the girls seemed pleasant. I Can’t reccomend much at the moment since this was my first time but I think everything should be just as good the grilled chicken was definitely well seasons. I don’t eat beef is pork so I can’t help with that review

I’m so disappointed in the lack customer service I experienced. I’ve eaten here several times and the food is decent. My to go order was wrong and I didn’t open the boxes before I left. Lesson learned. I drove back with the order (out of principle) as they told me and they said it’s been “ate”. It was rearranged for plating and my Mom took a bite out of one taco. The order was wrong missing obvious ingredients yet they tried to tell me it was correct. I tried to talk to the cook but I was told doesn’t speak English so he ignored me. I guess that’s what you get at a low budget taqueria. But it wasn’t cheap. I got ripped off.

I ate at this taqueria recently and unfortunately ended up with severe food poisoning a few hours after my meal. I had diarrhea, vomiting, and intense stomach pain through the night. I was more worried for my elderly dad who is 88 years old. He had the same dinner – grilled chicken salad with rice and beans. This business must have issues related to food handling, storage, or cleanliness. I will definitely not go back again and not recommend it to people.

Update 3? 4? Still awesome!! Update I still love this place! I love this place! Family owned, friendly and the food is on point! Line out the door at lunch so come early. They do serve beer! Their Posole is some of the best I have ever had. Good portion sizes and very clean.

Ordered a super burrito with chicken and shrimp and this is how it turned out. It’s our 2nd time there and first time was great and burrito was a decent size. I’m not sure what happened here.
